VIDEO : Trouble in Paradise! Pelosi CLASHES With her Militant San Fran Constituents

Looks like ding-a-ling Nancy Pelosi got a taste of her own vile “liberal medicine” when she was met with jeers and hollering from her loony San Francisco constituents who don’t think she’s “bitter and liberal” enough.

Things got heated during a town hall meeting, where Pelosi, visibly angry, shouted, “Do you want to listen or just speak?”

Whoops, trouble in paradise.

Tesla Worker Files Racial Discrimination Lawsuit Against Company After Numerous Other Sexual and Fraud Actions Filed Against Tesla Motors

Tesla Worker Files Racial Discrimination Lawsuit Against Company After Numerous Other Sexual and Fraud Actions Filed Against Tesla Motors

Filed Under: DeWitt Lambert, Harassment, Lawsuit, Racial Discrimination, Tesla

FREMONT (KPIX 5) – A worker at the Tesla factory in Fremont is suing the electric car maker after he said he was a victim of racial discrimination and harassment from his co-workers.

DeWitt Lambert, a 44-year-old African-American, says he was “subjected to racial slurs and lewd behavior” from co-workers for more than a year including being called the n-word.

Lambert said it all happened on the assembly line and that he has evidence: a video from 2015 showing employees flashing gang signs, rapping about cutting Lambert up in pieces and sending body parts to his family.

He complained to Tesla H.R., but says his concerns weren’t properly addressed.

In a statement emailed to KPIX 5, the company said Lambert’s claim had been investigated.

“HR personnel investigated, interviewing all of the employees who were reportedly involved,” the statement said. “That investigation turned up conflicting accounts of what happened … In the end, there was no objective evidence that anything inappropriate occurred toward Dewitt.”

In the meantime, according to the suit, many of the workers accused of harassing him were promoted while he was not.

In the statement, Tesla has countered the claim.

“This is false,” the statement redad. “Dewitt was promoted 12 months ago, and the reason he wasn’t given a second promotion within 12 months is that, among other things, he had been given a final written warning for posting pictures of confidential Tesla technology on Facebook in clear violation of company policy.”

Lambert is suspended with full pay while Tesla investigates, but the automaker has refuted the contents of that lawsuit.

Tesla ‘autopilot’ car hits Phoenix police motorcycle. Tesla tries to steal more federal DOT, DOE and other free taxpayer cash but keeps screwing up!

A Phoenix police motorcycle was struck by a Tesla Model X reportedly operating on autopilot last week, police said.

The incident happened a few days before an accident involving an automated Uber vehicle in Tempe.

Phoenix police on Monday confirmed that the incident occurred when a Tesla driver and an on-duty officer exited the Black Canyon Freeway onto Utopia Road on the afternoon of March 21.

The officer, who was in front of the Tesla driver, stopped for a stoplight, police said. After also stopping briefly, the Tesla began moving forward, prompting the officer to jump off his motorcycle and move away. The car struck the fallen motorcycle, but no damage was reported to either vehicle.

The officer later estimated the car was moving at about three miles per hour, police said.

The Tesla driver told police that he had the car in autopilot mode at the time of the incident, but Phoenix police spokesman Sgt. Alan Pfohl said investigators were unable to corroborate that statement.

Because it was such a minor collision, he said, there will be no further investigation. The officer was not harmed, and no citations were issued.

“It was pretty much a tap,” Pfohl said, adding that, under other circumstances, it wouldn’t have been deemed an accident. “It wasn’t even a reportable collision. If it wasn’t involving an officer, we would not have even investigated it.”

A police report is pending approval before it will be released. Police have declined to release the names of the officer or Tesla driver.

Tesla company officials declined to comment on the record when contacted by The Arizona Republic.

Tesla’s autopilot mode is not intended to be fully automated driving and the driver is required to remain engaged, according to the company website. Tesla’s website also specifically states that drivers are in command of their vehicles after exiting highways.

“When you reach your exit, your Tesla will depart the freeway, slow down and transition control back to you,” the website said.

The company announced in October it would begin including hardware in its vehicles that could make them fully autonomous. But to date, Tesla has been rolling out enhanced autopilot features such as forward collision warning, automatic braking and auto steering. However, the cars are not yet completely autonomous.

The Phoenix police incident came days before a crash in Tempe involving an automated car, sometimes referred to as a “self-driving” vehicle.

On Friday, a Volvo SUV operating under Uber’s fleet of self-driving cars collided with another vehicle whose driver failed to yield while making a left turn at McClintock Drive and Don Carlos Avenue. The Uber car ended up on its side, but no one was seriously injured. The car was in self-driving mode with a test driver behind the wheel and another in the passenger seat.

The collision prompted Uber to temporarily ground the program as it investigated the incident, but a company representative said Monday that the fleet will be redeployed.

Arizona has positioned itself as a leader in the emerging market of self-driving technology. Gov. Doug Ducey welcomed Uber’s self-driving test fleet of cars to Arizona after the state of California revoked their registrations.

Arizona requires no special permits or licensing for self-driving vehicles.

Waymo, an Uber rival formerly known as Google’s Self-Driving Car Project, has set up shop in Chandler to start autonomous testing of its Lexus RX450h vehicles.

The project got off to a rocky start though. Three of its vehicles were involved in accidents there last August, though all were reportedly caused by human error.

Separately, according to an Associated Press report, a man died in a May 7 collision in Florida after his Tesla Model S didn’t automatically activate its brakes and ran into the side of a turning tractor-trailer. The AP story said the car’s cameras failed to distinguish the white side of the truck from a brightly lit sky. That car was a vehicle equipped with autopilot technology.

March 21’s Phoenix incident is not the first report of a Tesla erroneously driving forward.

Late last year, a handful of Tesla owners filed a federal lawsuit against the company in the Central District of California, alleging the vehicles are susceptible to “sudden unintended acceleration.”

One of the plaintiffs, an Orange County, Calif. resident named Ji Chang Son, said his Model X drove into his home while parking in the garage.

Tesla challenged Son’s claim in a statement to Reuters.

“The evidence, including data from the car, conclusively shows that the crash was the result of Mr. Son pressing the accelerator pedal all the way to 100 per cent,” the statement read.

Experts predict a shift from driver to vehicle liability as the market for autonomous cars evolves.

K. Larry Head, a professor of systems and industrial engineering at the University of Arizona and director of the transportation institute, said technology hasn’t reached the point of “level-5” or full autonomy in vehicles.

“We have cars that are level 2 and 3; cars somewhat automated, under certain conditions,” he said. “So if [an accident] happened, I’m sure Tesla would want to look into which mode it was in.”

If, say, the mode was driverless, Head said, Tesla may want to look into whether the sensors didn’t catch the motorcycle out front.

But for now, while drivers are still required participation, “I’m pretty sure the position of [police] would be, ‘You’re the driver, you’re responsible.’ ”

Twat Tweet Transfixed: California Senator Kamala Harris Thought To Be As Corrupt As Pelosi and Feinstein

LOL : California Senator Blasted on Twitter for Blatantly Ignorant Tweet

California junior Senator was blasted on Twitter when she tweeted commentary that showed she has no understanding of what a Judge’s job is.

Oh those pesky “legalisms” …..if only he could just ignore them, right Kamala?

Except then he would not be a Judge.

And now for the epic responses:

Kamala Harris is the former AG who Obama said was a babe in a public TV broadcast. She refused to investigate the corruption of the Silicon Valley CEO’s because those CEO’s pay her campaign bills. She may look like a stripper but she has stripped California of its ethics and expanded political corruption and crony payola schemes for the tech oligarchs. Her entire job consists of protecting dirty politicians.

Why The San Francisco Bay Area Is Now Permanently Unliveable

Why You Shouldn’t Live In California and Especially The Silicon Valley Area

San Francisco Skyline - Public DomainIt has been said that “as California goes, so goes the nation”.  That is why it is such a shame what is happening to that once great state.  At one time, California seemed to be the epicenter of the American Dream.  Featuring some of the most beautiful natural landscapes in the entire world, the gorgeous weather and booming economy of the state inspired people from all over the world to move to the state.  But now people are moving out of the state by the millions, because life in California has literally become a nightmare for so many people.

I certainly don’t have anything against the state personally.  My brother and sister were both born there, and I spent a number of my childhood years in stunning northern California.  When I was younger I would sometimes dream of getting a place on the coast eventually, but for reasons I will discuss below I no longer think that would be advisable.

In fact, if I was living in California today I would be immediately looking for a way to move out of the state unless I specifically felt called to stay.  The following are 16 reasons why you shouldn’t live in California…

#1 The entire California coastline is part of the “Ring of Fire” seismic zone that roughly encircles the Pacific Ocean.  The San Andreas Fault has been described as a “time bomb“, and at some point there will be a catastrophic earthquake that absolutely devastates the entire region.  In fact, a study that was just released says that a “major earthquake” on the San Andreas Fault “is way overdue”

A recently published study reveals new evidence that a major earthquake is way overdue on a 100 mile stretch of the San Andreas Fault from the Antelope Valley to the Tejon Pass and beyond.

Researchers with the U.S. Geological Survey released the results of the years-long study warning a major earthquake could strike soon.

#2 Out of all 50 states, the state of California has been ranked as the worst state for business for 12 years in a row

In what is sounding like a broken record, California once again ranked dead last in Chief Executive magazine’s annual Best and Worst States for Business survey of CEOs – as it has all 12 years the survey has been conducted. Texas, meanwhile, earned the top spot for the 12th straight year.

Among the survey’s subcategories, the 513 CEOs from across the nation ranked California 50th in taxation and regulation, 35th in workforce quality and 26th in living environment, which includes cost of living, the education system and state and local attitudes toward business. Notably, California placed worst among the nine states in the Western region in all three categories.

#3 California has the highest state income tax rates in the entire nation.  For many Americans, the difference between what you would have to pay if you lived in California and what you would have to pay if you lived in Texas could literally buy a car every single year.

#4 The state government in Sacramento seems to go a little bit more insane with each passing session.  This time around, they are talking about going to a single-payer healthcare system for the entire state that would cost California taxpayers 40 billion dollars a year

On Friday, State Senator Ricardo Lara introduced legislation that would transition California’s healthcare into a single-payer system. (RELATED: Read what a retired colonel said about the real purpose of Obamacare). The system would be very similar to the healthcare system currently in place in Canada and would cost California taxpayers roughly $40 billion for the first year alone. Given the poor economic climate California has already created for itself, this will no doubt be just one more burden on the people of California, and one step closer towards total bankruptcy.

Micah Weinberg, the president of the Economic Institute at the Bay Area Council, raised concerns over the financial consequences of the proposed legislation. “Where are they going to come up with the $40 billion?” he asked. He went on to suggest that adopting a state level single-payer system is “just not feasible to do as a state.”

#5 The traffic in the major cities just keeps getting worse and worse.  According to USA Today, Los Angeles now has the worst traffic in the entire world, and San Francisco is not far behind.

#6 A lot of money is being made in Silicon Valley these days (at least for now), but poverty is also exploding in the state.  In desperation, homeless people are banding together to create large tent cities all over the state, and the L.A. City Council recently asked Governor Jerry Brown “to declare homelessness a statewide emergency“.

#7 Thanks to unchecked illegal immigration, crime is on the rise in many California cities.  The drug war that has been raging for years in Mexico is increasingly spilling over the border, and many families have moved out of the state for this reason alone.

#8 California is one of the most litigious states in the entire nation.  According to the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform, the “lawsuit climate” in California is ranked 47th out of all 50 states.

#9 Every year wildfires and mudslides wreak havoc in the state.  Erosion is particularly bad along the coast, and I have previously written about how some portions of the California coastline are literally falling into the ocean.

#10 California has some of the most ridiculous housing prices in the entire country.  Due to a lack of affordable housing rents have soared to wild extremes in San Francisco, where one poor engineer was actually paying $1,400 a month to live in a closet.

#11 All over the state, key infrastructure is literally falling to pieces.  Governor Jerry Brown recently issued a list of key projects that needed to be done as soon as possible, and the total price tag for that list was 100 billion dollars.  Of course that list didn’t even include the Oroville Dam, and we all saw what happened there.

#12 Radiation from the ongoing Fukushima nuclear disaster continues to cross the ocean and wash up along the California coastline.  The impact of this crisis on the health of those living along the west coast could potentially be felt for generations.

#13 Illegal drug use in the state is on the rise again, and emergency rooms are being flooded by heroin overdose victims.

#14 On top of everything else, it is being reported that Russia is “quietly ‘seeding’ the U.S. shoreline with nuclear ‘mole’ missiles”.  The following comes from retired colonel and former Russian defense ministry spokesman Viktor Baranetz

“What are these mysterious ‘asymmetrical responses’ that our politicians and generals speak about so often? Maybe it’s a myth or a pretty turn of phrase? No! Our asymmetrical response is nuclear warheads that can modify their course and height so that no computer can calculate their trajectory. Or, for example, the Americans are deploying their tanks, airplanes and special forces battalions along the Russian border. And we are quietly ‘seeding’ the U.S. shoreline with nuclear ‘mole’ missiles (they dig themselves in and ‘sleep’ until they are given the command)[…]

“Oh, it seems I’ve said too much. I should hold my tongue.”

Hopefully what Baranetz is claiming is not accurate, because if it is even partly true the implications are absolutely staggering.

#15 North Korea is a major nuclear threat as well.  It is being reported that the North Koreans are developing an ICBM that could potentially reach the west coast of the United States…

Defense officials have warned that North Korea is on the brink of producing an ICBM that could target the United States. North Korean leader Kim Jong Un announced in January during his New Year’s address that Pyongyang had “entered the final stage of preparations to test-launch” an ICBM that could reach parts of the United States.

#16 Someday a very large earthquake will produce a major tsunami on the west coast.  According to the Los Angeles Times, one study found that a magnitude 9.0 earthquake along the Cascadia fault could potentially produce a massive tsunami that would “wash away coastal towns”…

If a 9.0 earthquake were to strike along California’s sparsely populated North Coast, it would have a catastrophic ripple effect.

A giant tsunami created by the quake would wash away coastal towns, destroy U.S. 101 and cause $70 billion in damage over a large swath of the Pacific coast. More than 100 bridges would be lost, power lines toppled and coastal towns isolated. Residents would have as few as 15 minutes notice to flee to higher ground, and as many as 10,000 would perish.

Scientists last year published this grim scenario for a massive rupture along the Cascadia fault system, which runs 700 miles off shore from Northern California to Vancouver Island.

Over the past decade, approximately five million people have moved away from California.

After reading this article, perhaps you have a better understanding why so many people are getting out while they still can.

To me, one of the greatest concerns is the rise in seismic activity that we are seeing all over the world.  In my latest book I express my belief that the United States will be greatly affected by this increase in seismic activity, and California is going to get hit harder than just about anywhere else.

Once again, I don’t have anything against California or the people that live there.  It is such a beautiful place, and it once held so much promise.

Unfortunately that promise has been shattered, and there is a mass exodus out of the state as families flee the horrific nightmare that California is in the process of becoming.

– Tourists who look like they are brain-dead
–  SF is tired: overcrowded, dirty, stinks, and gentrified to the point of being so obnoxious that it has lost all of its charm. I lived there as a teenager in the early 80s and it was cleaner, less crowded and the people were genuinely hip and liberal. After spending a year there for work in 2011 I couldn’t wait to get out of the overpriced pit. It will always have its snob appeal which explains it high concentration of guppies/yuppies that spend most of their time trying to justify how much they paid for their overpriced crack house in the mission or their TIC / Condo near dolores park. LOL!!!
–  I remember living in that god awful city. People were mean nasty stuck up and retarded. I paid 1500 for a room where junkies shot up in my hall and the minute I met people in the punk/goth scene like myself if I didn’t read a particular book or like one particular song OR MADE ENOUGH MONEY I was snubbed immediately I later found out there was no scene there other than HIPSTERS WHO POSED AS MEMBERS OF A SUBCULTURE. Hipsters are the demise of every scene and have infested the city of SF like a case of crabs you can’t get rid of. I left SF years ago but every now and then I am haunted by people who live there. I moved all the way to South Florida and those people always come here to visit and you can tell they are from SF from a mile away. I especially hate the Castro district as a gay male I found them to be the utmost stuck up racist pretentious pieces of shit I have ever met. The only good thing that could happen in SF is a tsunami washing it away or a devastating earthquake to knock if off the map. Over priced, stuck up, overrun by the worst kinds of people in the world. 5 years away from that pathetic excuse for a city and me hatred is just as fresh as it was when I left. FUCK YOU SF MAY YOU ROT IN HELL!!!!!
–  Just returned from a work trip in the bay area and visited a friend in the mission / dolores park area in San Francisco proper. Everyone has their reasons for liking a place but coming from Capitol Hill in Seattle I can tell you that SFO seems like rats on the titanic racing to the nearest crack house that goes up for sale just under a million dollars! If you are an insecure trendy gay snob who is defined by where he/she lives it is a perfect place to live!! Still smells like sewage and seeing people let their dog shit on the sidewalk because their is no grass unless you happen to live near an overcrowded park tells me it still is the shit-hole that I left. Seattle is SO much nicer. My friend is moving back to Seattle because he has the same opinion that I do.
– I hate it too. For all of the reasons you listed and more. Don’t get me wrong it has many nice qualities. But not enough to outweigh the bad. It’s overcrowded, disingenuous, loud, overpriced, and filthy. There is little opportunity here unless you are involved in the tech industry. I moved here from the east coast over 15 years ago. First I stayed for a relationship, then for a job, now for school. I can’t wait to graduate and get out of here. This place is an utter shithole.

San Francisco has become a stinking hell-hole of urine, feces and mindless hipsters: What went wrong?

By The City Hall Insider

No city on Earth needs an Intervention more than San Francisco.
Ever since the Barbary Coast days, the operation of the City government has been devoted to whores, crooked administrators and dressed up gangsters. San Francisco has only let the slime slide into more cracks, over time. The whores are now political prostitutes. The crooked administrators openly steal cash and the Barbary Coast gangsters, who had all moved to North Beach, died out and are replaced by sinister old men and women who you can find curmudgeon-ing into the San Francisco Symphony Hall at each “Opening Night” bash they are required to attend.
Nothing is ever actually put out to bid by the City. Every big party, event and contract goes to a friend of the Mayor. You always get shitty events that fail every single time that way. You get buildings like the Millenium Tower that are sinking into the ground and falling over at the same time and can kill a thousand people if it collapses during rush hour. It is full of arrogant prick VC’s and spoiled brat yuppies so no loss there; but what about the innocent workers down below?
San Francisco City Hall allowed the City to become steeped in public urination and shoe-scraping shit at every turn. It did it by catering to momentary bubbles of Fad in order to line Mayoral pockets. In order to get David Rockefeller to pad pockets; real estate give-aways, like Embarcadero Center were used. The Renown bag men at the Coblentz Law firm moved the money from billionaire to politician.
Then the Mayors office sold the City to Twitter, Google and the scumbags of Silicon Valley. Things got much worse for regular folks but the Mayor’s people pocketed some big personal cash and stock warrants. The police and planning department scandals doubled in size and the nightmare was off to a truly dark place.
The Academy of Art University is a SCAM that the City of San Francisco refuses to shut down. The Academy of Art University, formerly Academy of Art College, is a privately owned for-profit art school in San Francisco, California, in the United States. It was founded as the Academy of Advertising Art by Richard S. Stephens in 1929.[2] It has 283 full-time teachers and 1154 part-time teaching staff, and about 15,000 students;[3] it claims to be the largest privately owned art and design school in the United States.[4] The school is one of the largest property owners in San Francisco, with the main campus located on New Montgomery Street in the South of Market district.[5] Since 2007 the San Francisco city planning commission has held more than twenty hearings relating to possible violations of the land-use laws of the city, including the unauthorized conversion of rent-controlled housing to academic use;[6][7] in May 2016 the city brought a lawsuit against the school.[8] Every other City and even the federal government have shut down these scam for profit “colleges” but San Francisco’s political idiots pocket more money and keep the scam going. The Academy of Art University spends millions of dollars advertising to the world’s naive hipsters that they should come to San Francisco to learn to be “artists” and wear ripped T-shirts. The Academy of Art University teaches kids how to sell their rich parents on funding their kids vacation in San Francisco. Almost NO graduates of The Academy of Art University get careers in art. The Academy of Art University is the largest provider of dead-end lives as “Barista’s” on Earth. The Academy of Art University is a real estate scam and Ponzi scheme for naive kids. The Academy of Art University sucks at least 30% of the hipster idiots into San Francisco. They all end up leaving with no jobs, homeless and shitting in the street or contemplating suicide at the end of their lifeless Starbucks shift.
San Francisco made so many regular folks unable to afford to live in the City that it created a massive army of homeless people and an elitist attitude that locked all retail bathrooms to those who didn’t want to piss in the street. The actual yellow rivers of rotten piss and human crap that flow across San Francisco’s sidewalks mirror exactly the minds of the politicians who are supposed to take care of the City.
The world is not interested in visiting the nightmare that San Francisco has become. Who, in their right mind, wants to leave their perfectly good City to go see a crap-filled City full of elitist, snotty, assholes? You will freeze, become sad and learn the true smell of week old shit if you come to San Francisco.
The Mayor of San Francisco must urgently create a Department of Assholes in order to stave off the fall of the City. As The Yuppie Venture Capital monument known as the Millenium Tower begins its own slow motion fall, the City must accept the fact that things have hit rock bottom.
The Department of Assholes would not help the overwhelming floods of assholes that are rolling, tsunami-like into the City; it would stop them. San Francisco would use the D.O.A. to help itself not become a Sanctuary City for the naive, greed-driven, tone deaf, narcissists that have invaded it.

Gwyneth Paltrow Wants You To Have Lots of Anal Sex

Gwyneth answers all your burning questions about anal sex

Gwyneth Paltrow is a backdoor connoisseur.

In honor of her website Goop’s second annual Sex Issue, the actress, 44, posted a Q&A about anal sex with research psychoanalyst and author Paul Joannides, Psy.D., to answer all of her readers’ most pressing questions.

The 12 questions about anal sex, which the site claims is “practically standard in the modern bedroom repertoire,” include:

  • How should we modify the anal sex we see modeled in porn to best suit an in-real-life couple?
  • What are the health risks of anal?
  • Are there known health consequences of anal practiced over the long term? Can you do it too much?
  • Do pre-anal enemas make a difference in terms of health safety? What about preventing accidents?
  • Do people orgasm from anal stimulation? Is it common or uncommon?
  • Does it usually take a few tries to enjoy anal? Are there positions that make it easiest?

But the writers at Goop save their head-scratching pressing question for last: “What should we be telling our kids about anal?”

Joannides answers, “We don’t tell them about the clitoris, about women’s orgasms, about masturbation, about the importance of exploring a partner’s body, and learning from each other. We don’t tell them that much of what they see in porn is unreal, and we don’t talk to them about the importance of mutual consent. So I don’t see anal being at the top of most parents’ ‘should talk to our kids about’ lists. There are more important things we need to be talking about first.”

While it seems no topic is off limits for Paltrow, a disclaimer at the bottom of the piece warns that the article’s intent is “to highlight alternative studies and induce conversation.”

“They are the views of the author and do not necessarily represent the views of goop, and are for informational purposes only, even if and to the extent that this article features the advice of physicians and medical practitioners,” it says.

Silicon Valley H-1B RAIDS begin hauling in company CEO’s for importing fake workers from India and Mexico

Bay Area tech executives indicted for H-1B visa fraud

FREMONT – Two Bay Area tech executives are accused of filing false visa documents through a staffing agency in a scheme to illegally bring a pool of foreign tech workers into the United States.

An indictment from a federal grand jury unsealed on Friday accuses Jayavel Murugan, Dynasoft Synergy’s chief executive officer, and a 40-year-old Santa Clara man, Syed Nawaz, of fraudulently submitting H-1B applications in an effort to illegally obtain visas, according to Brian Stretch, U.S. attorney for the Northern District of California.

The men are charged with 26 counts of visa fraud, conspiracy to commit visa fraud, use of false documents, mail fraud and aggravated identity theft, according to prosecutors. Each charge can carry penalties of between two and 20 years in prison.

Murugan, 46, is co-owner of Dynasoft, an employment firm based in Fremont with an office in India, according to the indictment. Nawaz is believed to have worked for several Bay Area tech companies, including Cisco, Brocade Communications and Equinix.

Prosecutors say the men used fraudulent documents to bring workers into the U.S. and create a pool of H-1B workers to hire out to tech companies. The indictment charges that from 2010 to 2016, Dynasoft petitioned to place workers at Stanford University, Cisco and Brocade, but the employers had no intention of receiving the foreign workers named on the applications.

Nawaz submitted fake “end-client letters” to the government, falsely claiming the workers were on-site and performing jobs, according to the indictment.

A man who answered the phone Saturday at Dynasoft Synergy said to call back Monday.  An email message to the company was not returned.

The H-1B visa program was designed to allow U.S. companies to hire skilled workers from around the world. The program is a lifeblood for local tech firms, bringing engineers, scientists and other professionals to the Bay Area. But critics say the program allows companies to replace U.S. employees with younger, cheaper foreign workers.

If you care about America then

help put these corrupt companies

out of business:

1. They bribed public officials and engaged in crony payola.

2. They use their media ownerships to engage in manipulative, misleading, inaccurate, half-truth-ed, BS, agenda-biased propaganda while spying on you.

3. Instead of focusing on selling things, they focus on manipulating politics.

1. Boycott them. Tell your friends to Boycott them. Never use their products.

2. Write all of their advertisers and tell those advertisers you will not buy their products if they support those companies.

3. Find their employees on Glassdoor, Linkedin, Facebook and other social media and disclose the awful things these companies are doing and ask those employees to expose those companies crimes in public.

4. Promote this list and this termination action in your social media.

5. Expose their corruptions, leaks, class-actions against them and investigations.

6. Write law enforcement, FTC, FBI, SEC, FEC and other agencies and demand that they be investigated for anti-trust, privacy, campaign finance and corruption law violations.

7. Make and distribute epic memes about them.

8. Expose the rapes, prostitutes, tax cheating, sex scandals, expense fraud, divorce filings and corruption of their investors and executives.

9. Organize exposure of their corruption at their shareholder meetings and on live local news casts.

10. Get everyone to ad-block them and put fake info in their online forms. Make certain their “ad metrics” are wrong.

12. Take any other legal action you can to shut them down and build a global following to help do it.

Why We Know That Elon Musk Is A Criminal

Why We Know That Elon Musk Is A Criminal

By Susan T. and Andrew H.

We saw Elon Musk commit crimes and we saw the Obama White House House cover-up those crimes.

We, and our associates, worked for Bright Automotive, Zap Electric, Aptera, Eco Motors, XPV, The United States Department of Energy and the federal Office of Management and Budget and Tesla Motors itself.

Americans have an expectation that their tax dollars will be used in a fair and legal manner and not to pay off crony campaign financiers like Elon Musk. Americans have an expectation that fair market competition will decide which companies get to live or die and that no campaign financiers gets to order the White House to produce the death or success decision about any American business. Elon Musk’s operation exists entirely because of criminal corruption and all of his companies must be shut down by federal law enforcement.

We saw Elon Musk operate an entirely illegal and unethical program based on State and Federal corruption. We told this, in writing and in person to the U.S. Attorney General: Eric Holder, who then quit his job after we reported these facts to him.

We reported that Elon Musk lied about vast number of dangers of the lithium ion chemistry he was using. Nothing was done.

We reported that our associates at the Department of Energy were having their safety reports on lithium ion danger suppressed. Nothing was done.

We reported that Elon Musk’s credit rating and financial records were fraudulent and amounted to “cooking the books”. Nothing was done.

We reported bribes paid by Musk’s lobbyists and associated to government officials in order to grease the skids for his crony payola. Nothing was done.

We reported that Goldman Sachs and Tesla Motors were operating a stock fraud pump-and-dump scam to manipulate Elon Musk’s stoc k holdings. Nothing was done.

We reported over a hundred illegal and corrupt actions by Elon Musk and his mob of Silicon Valley gangsters. Nothing was done.

We have seen this flyer that is being posted on the internet and can swear that all of it is accurate:

** If you have an ounce of morality, then you will not want to help Musk & Tesla profit from the crony political corruption that created them. Musk exists because he bribes politicians & acts as an illegal campaign financing conduit.

** DOT/NHTSA has covered up years of reports about an acceleration surge issue that can suddenly crash your Tesla into walls and drive it off cliffs. It is either a known hacking attack or the effect of WiFi on Tesla electronics. Either can kill you.

** Musk & Tesla are pure evil & exist because of hyper-corruption. You don’t want to contribute to their evil or be part of it in any way. You are funding evil & supporting criminal corruption by buying a Tesla or any Elon Musk owned product like Solar City, Tesla, Space X, Hyperloop, etc.!

** In one lawsuit it is noted that: “…Plaintiff and Tesla both applied for funds at the same time, in the same funding cycle in the same program. Tesla had the historically epic number of horrific issues listed below, which were known to DOE at the time of application, and Plaintiffs had NONE of these issues. How can any court, or rational person, believe that Plaintiffs were not intentionally bypassed, targeted and damaged for political reasons while Tesla was simultaneously approved for political reasons, when the comparative metrics between the two applicants prove the largest merit disparity in the entire recorded history of the U.S. Department of Energy….the singular, and only, review criteria used by Department of Energy officials was: WHICH ONE BRIBED THE CAMPAIGN FINANCE GROUP FOR BARACK OBAMA?!”; Thus proving that Tesla exists because of organized-crime level political corruption.

** Elon Musk’s self-driving “autopilot” feature, which keeps crashing and failing, is his attempt to scam taxpayer cash from Dept. of Transportation and Dept. of Energy public funds. He is only trying to do it to get more free federal cash.

** The inventor of lithium ion batteries has confessed that lithium ion batteries blow up eventually. He says that deadly dendrites plague lithium-ion battery technology. The dendrites accumulate as part of the standard charging and recharging cycle and eventually cause a short circuit that often results in a smoldering or burning battery. These dendrites are destined to eventually blow up most Tesla cars and many electronic devices using lithium ion!

** The CIA’s software designed to take over any Tesla on Earth and kill the driver, passengers and bystanders has been released in the wild and every hacker on Earth can now easily get a copy of it and kill you in your Tesla!

** Ex-employees have leaked faked financial records, evidence of massive click-farm fake social media manipulation and evidence of unreported deaths and accidents. They say that most Tesla’s have one kind of defect or another.

** If you read about the dirty deeds and cocaine dealings with the In-Q-Tel airplanes called “Cocaine 1” & “Cocaine 2”, & the corruption behind the company called In-Q-Tel & Musk’s software programmer who ran “The Silk Road” drug & murder service then you must be concerned that many In-Q-Tel people work for Musk. Why does Musk need dirty druggies & spies on his payroll unless he is running covert drug and business spying activities?

** Ex-employees, Gawker writers and gay lawyers from Covington & Burling have leaked stories that Elon Musk, Reid Hoffman, Larry Page, Peter Thiel and others are “butt buddies” and may be involved in “Pizzagate”.

** Musk is anti-American and Anti-Worker Rights and has been caught flying in H1-B cheap offshore labor and exploiting immigrants for his deadly profits. Musk hates unions and worker rights efforts.

** Elon Musk gets the Cobalt chemical to make his lithium ion batteries from slave trade and blood-money corruption in the Congo!

** The lithium ion batteries that Musk uses also blow up when they naturally encounter Low Energy Nuclear (LENR) effects in the ambient environment. Millions of chemicals don’t blow up from LENR’d but lithium ion does!

** If you are a Democrat then know that Elon Musk cost you the Hillary Clinton campaign because of his payola schemes. If you are a Republican, know that Elon Musk is the epitome of the worst form of DNC crony corruption you ever saw!

** Musk bribed California politicians to give him hundreds of millions of dollars of taxpayer dollars & resources he never earned or worked for. He only got those crony payola perks handed to him because he operated as an illicit front for corrupt campaign financing for Dianne Feinstein, Jerry Brown, Harry Reid, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

** Multiple parties have filed “Demands For The Arrest of Elon Musk” with the FBI, DOJ, AG, FTC, SEC and other law enforcement agencies. It is not likely that Musk, or his companies will survive a full investigation.

** Tesla and Solyndra sit on the same land in Fremont, CA. Solyndra was raided by the FBI for corruption. Tesla SHOULD be raided by the FBI for corruption. Both companies had kick-back crony payola schemes with Senator Dianne Feinstein. She owned the land, lease, HR, construction company and supplier interests and stock for both companies in one of the most massive conflict-of-interest crony financing schemes in U.S. history. Elon Musk and the Feinsteins are corruption partners.

**People who see you in a Tesla think of you as aTone Deaf Douchebag”, “Tesla Tool!”, “Arrogant Prick”, “Ostentatious Obama Oaf”, “Sheep”, “Mindless Yuppie Scum”, “Misogynistic Silicon Valley Clone”, “Self-promoting Elitist Douche”, “Fake News Reading Main Stream Boob”, “Naive Idiot” or other bad things.

** Elon Musk is one of the main financiers behind Barack Obama & Hillary Clinton, both of whom have been charged with corruption. Musk endlessly tweets lies & “…No I didn’t do those bad things” BS but nobody else supports him.

** Tesla financial records are “cooked” in a fraudulent manner to make the stock market valuation of Tesla a falsely manipulated factor. Musk uses “pre-orders”, by his own investors, to fake sales and wrote emails to customers asking them to put small deposits down so he could book them as fully paid sales in one of a large number of stock and loan valuation frauds. Musk and his investors practice stock market skims, pump-and-dumps and Flash Boy manipulations.

**Lithium ion batteries are blowing up, starting fires &, generally, destroying people’s homes, cars, electronics & physical health. Boeing was ordered to stop flying the 787 Dreamliner because it’s Lithium ion batteries are catching fire spontaneously. A group of silicon valley venture capitalists forced/leveraged the government to buy & pay for these specific batteries, that they have stock in, in order to benefit their profit margins. Other batteries don’t have these problems. They knew about the dangers from day one, but put greed ahead of safety. There are thousands & thousands of reports of spontaneous lithium ion fires but the VC’s who back lithium ion pay to keep this information hushed up. Millions of these batteries have been recalled for fire risk. The VC’s tried to push as many as they could before they got caught. Now they are caught. These VC’s & the Senators they bribed own stock in lithium mining companies too. HERE IS THE PROOF: HTTP://LITHIUMBATTERYCOVERUP.COM

**Tesla Motors has filed a patent which states the following , THESE ARE TESLA MOTORS WORDS warning about a crisis, the level of which they never disclosed to the consumer:Thermal runaway is of major concern since a single incident can lead to significant property damage &, in some circumstances, bodily harm or loss of life. When a battery undergoes thermal runaway, it typically emits a large quantity of smoke, jets of flaming liquid electrolyte, & sufficient heat to lead to the combustion & destruction of materials in close proximity to the cell. If the cell undergoing thermal runaway is surrounded by one or more additional cells as is typical in a battery pack, then a single thermal runaway event can quickly lead to the thermal runaway of multiple cells which, in turn, can lead to much more extensive collateral damage. Regardless of whether a single cell or multiple cells are undergoing this phenomenon, if the initial fire is not extinguished immediately, subsequent fires may be caused that dramatically expand the degree of property damage. For example, the thermal runaway of a battery within an unattended laptop will likely result in not only the destruction of the laptop, but also at least partial destruction of its surroundings, e.g., home, office, car, laboratory, etc. If the laptop is on-board an aircraft, for example within the cargo hold or a luggage compartment, the ensuing smoke & fire may lead to an emergency landing or, under more dire conditions, a crash landing. Similarly, the thermal runaway of one or more batteries within the battery pack of a hybrid or electric vehicle may destroy not only the car, but may lead to a car wreck if the car is being driven or the destruction of its surroundings if the car is parked”. See http://whoiselonmusk.comfor more…

**Tesla’s own staff, & every fire department, have now admitted that once a lithium ion fire gets started in a Tesla, that it is impossibleto extinguishburning lithium ion material. This is Telsa’s own words in THEIR patent filing, (You can look it up online) saying that the risk is monumental. Tesla has 6800 lithium ion batteries, any one of which can “go thermal”, start a chain reaction and blow up all of the rest of the 6800+ deadly batteries! Tesla drivers have been burned alive in thermal globs of flaming lithium ion, plastics & metal. Bystanders have heard their horrific screams of unutterable pain & terror as they were burned alive!Tesla fires can’t be extinguished & the bodies are burned into unrecognizable lumps of charred flesh”,according to fireman.

** Lithium Ion batteries “go thermal” in peoples pockets, in your notebook, especially in a Tesla & Fisker car. There are tens of thousands of articles documenting this & there is a cover-up by the VC’s that fund these things to keep this fact out-of-sight. Making Lithium Ion batteries poisons the workers who make them. It is a dangerous product that is covered-up by the Obama Administration. Panasonic knows that these batteries are deadly.

**Tesla only exists to exploit Elon Musk’s briberies. The lithium ion batteries blow up when they get: wet, hot, bumped, over-charged, struck by energy fields, exposed to air or squashed. Lithium ion batteries poison the Earth & that they poison & kill the workers that make them. Lithium ion batteries come from war profiteering in Afghan & Bolivian corruption.

** Panasonic is Elon Musk’s partner. Panasonic is one of the most corrupt companies in the world. Panasonic has been charged, on multiple continents with: Product dumping, bribery, collusion, price fixing, anti-trust law violations, racketeering, worker abuse, toxic poisoning of workers, & other crimes. It is no wonder that Elon Musk & Panasonic are partners. Tata Motors executive Karl Slym was killed for exposing this fact.

** Your tax dollars were stolen in order to make Tesla Motors, as part of a political financing kick-back scam. In other words, part of your paycheck was taken away from you in order to buy hookers, rent-boys & private jets for Musk & company.

** Tesla’s are forged in criminal corruption, so anybody who drives a Tesla must be either ignorant, a weasel or one of the corrupt. The whole world now knows all of the facts in this list so you can never plead ignorance to these crimes.

** Telsa’s have a huge amount of highly documented defects. The defects are so extensive that Tesla made buyers sign confidentiality agreements to try to hide how messed up their cars are.

** Tesla’s have killed more people than the main-stream news has reported. The full Tesla death-list is covered up.

** Musk lied about why he wanted to make electric cars, when, in fact, he actually poisons the environment because Tesla investors wanted to exploit toxic minerals & materials which can’t be recycled in a clean manner

** No other electric car has been so mundane, & yet had so many problems with it, since the electric car was first sold in the 1800’s. There is nothing “novel” or “amazing” about the Tesla aside from dime store parlor tricks for PR hype.

** More drunks have crashed Tesla’s, than any other per capita car in the world, per volume of cars made

** Elon Musk’s co-founders, investors, partners, wives, investors, suppliers & employees have sued him for being a fraud &, essentially, called him an “asshole” in court records.

** Elon Musk lied on this Department of Energy funding application and the Obama Administration refuses to allow any federal employees or witnesses to testify to these facts in public due to the devastating potential results of these facts.

** More owners of Tesla’s have been found to cheat on their taxes, & be involved in abuse-based divorces, than almost any other car brand owner. Tesla owners are bad people who rationalize their poor life choices. Owning a Tesla is a red-flag for a tax audit!

** Elon Musk will lie, cheat & steal in order to self-aggrandize & glorify his egotistical mania. Musk has been documented engaging in over 100 lies which were later proven to be false. He has spent tens of millions of dollars to buy fake news about himself on Twitter, Facebook & Google because he is such a mentally disturbed ego-maniac.

** None of Elon Musk’s companies would exist if not for taxpayer funded handouts given to him by corrupt politicians in exchange for illegal campaign finance deals with him & his investors.

**Google, & Tesla, who are financial & political partners, have both been caught spying on consumers & manipulating Internet data in order to cover-up their complicity in huge political corruption & kick-back deals

**Musk took U.S. taxpayer dollars from the government & then hired cheap off-shore labor & fired U.S. Union workers & domestic workers. He lied to & screwed the NUMMI workers that were working at the Fremont plant.

**Musk has put over 18 surveillance devices in the Tesla. Anybody can hack those devices & monitor you. WORSE YET, foreign agents have hacked the Tesla & taken over the controls & driven Tesla’s into bystanders & over cliffs.

**When Erick Strickland was head of the NHTSA he was confronted about DOT safety cover-ups of the Tesla to protect Obama. He quit 48 hours later. The DOT safety cover-ups to protect the Obama campaign finance payola scheme continue to this day. Obama’s Gibbs, Emanual, Plouffe, Axelrod and Carney quit within a week of being threatened with exposure.

**Tesla’s have had a large number of recalls but Elon Musk refuses to call them “recalls”. Tesla’s have had multiple recalls for SEVERE safety dangers. DOT has been told this, in writing, for years, but wont take action in order to protect Obama.

**Elon Musk is a bullshit artist who has no original ideas & wears black-turtle neck shirts (like Elizabeth Homes) to try to create a “cult” around himself & convince the world that he is a “Jesus-like” figure when, in fact, he is a clinical sociopath.

** Tesla is a severe public safety hazard that has been systematically covered up by corrupt politicians.

** Large numbers of Ex-CIA staff and In-Q-Tel spy staff work for Musk. Why does he need spies to build cars?

** Tesla Motors batteries were promoted by those who wished to exploit the Afghanistan War for personal profit by controlling the Afghan lithium mining fields. Kleiner Perkins and Draper Fisher hyped the “…trillions of $ of lithium in Afganistan.

** Tesla Motors batteries blow up on their own.

** Tesla Motors batteries blow up when they get wet.

** Tesla Motors batteries fires cannot be put out by any common fire-fighting resources.

** Tesla Motors batteries set themselves on fire.

** Per Federal MSDS disclosure documents, Tesla Motors batteries emit cancer-causing vapors when they burn.

** Tesla Motors Vehicles toxicity poison bystanders, nearby vehicular passengers, airline passengers in planes carrying said batteries in their holds, & environments where such incidents occur.

** Tesla Motors batteries blow up when bumped by the same level of car incident that would, otherwise, only dent a normal car bumper.

** In an accident, when a Tesla rolls over, molten metal & plastic can drip on & burn the occupants alive.

** Tesla has multiple sexual harassment and unsafe work-place lawsuits against the company.

** Per MSDS documents, Tesla Motors batteries emit brain damaging chemicals when they burn.

** Tesla is a stock pumping scam to profiteering on stock market peak manipulation at the expense of taxpayers.

** Per MSDS documents, Tesla Motors batteries emit chemicals, burning, or not, that can damage an unborn fetus.

** Per MSDS documents, Tesla Motors batteries emit chemicals that can cause lung damage.

** Per MSDS documents, Tesla Motors batteries emit chemicals that can cause liver damage.

** Per published lawsuits & news reports, the factories that make Tesla Motors batteries have been charged with the deaths, & potentially fatal illness, of over 1000 workers & the poisoning of nearby towns.

** Tesla Motors batteries become even more dangerous over time, particularly when tasked by electric transportation systems like Hover-boards & Tesla’s. The chemistry in a lithium ion battery changes to become more unstable over time.

** Tesla Motors batteries were never designed to be used in automobiles. Tesla used non-automotive batteries in one of the most dangerous configurations possible.

** Tesla Motors occupants experience higher EMF radiation exposure than gasoline vehicle occupants.

** Elon Musk’s Space X vehicles & Tesla Motors vehicles have both had a higher-than-average number of explosions. This has caused outside experts to doubt Musk’s ability to place safety considerations over his need for hyped-up PR.

** Leaked Sandia National Labs & FAA research videos dramatically demonstrate the unstoppable, horrific, “re-percussive accelerating domino-effect” explosive fire effect of the Tesla Motors batteries.

** Tesla’s own “Superchargers” & home 3-prong chargers have set Tesla’s, homes & businesses on fire.

** Consumer rights groups contacted Erick Strickland, the head of the NHTSA, & charged him with a cover-up. He quit days later. The NHTSA then issued a safety investigation request to Tesla Motors, which would have more publicly exposed these dangers, but the safety investigation was never under-taken due to White House requests & lobbyist bribes, from Tesla, which got the investigation shut down.

** NEPA regulations for the Tesla NUMMI factory in California & the Nevada Tesla “Gigafactory” have been violated relative to environmental safety standards. See for details.

** Tesla Motors vehicles are not “Factory Built” “like Ford” builds cars, as Tesla professes. They are hand built in small volumes & subjected to numerous defects. Blogs have documented hundreds of defects, as listed by Tesla owners. Tesla has lost at least one LEMON CAR LAWSUIT for defective manufacturing.

** Tesla’s “showrooms” are often “pop-up” retail storefronts that are in tight-proximity retail centers, putting it’s neighbors at risk of total loss from fire damage.

** Tesla Motors vehicles have been hacked & taken over. Their doors, steering, listening devices & navigation have been taken over by outside parties. Multiple Tesla have suddenly swerved off the road, over cliffs & into other vehicles, killing bystanders & Tesla drivers.

** Three Tesla top engineers & two competing senior executives, all of whom had whistle-blown on Tesla, who were in perfect health one day, suddenly died mysteriously the next day.
**Multiple employees, founders, investors, marital partners, suppliers & others have sued Tesla Motors, &/or it’s senior executives for fraud. Musk had nothing to do with creating Tesla. He ran a hostile take-over of Tesla from the founders.

**In addition to suing him, many of his former staff & partners have described Musk as an “Arrogant Prick”.

**Main-Stream Media (MSM) have agreed not to provide news coverage of the deadly defects of the Tesla because the MSM are owned by the same politicians who own Tesla Motors. It is now legal to sue The New York Times for hiding these deadly defects, though, particularly if your family member was injured or killed because they covered-up the danger for political reasons.

**If you think the above bullet-points are bad there are over a 1000 more. Find the book Is Elon Musk A Fraud”online or visit thousands of other sites that expose the truth about Musk & Tesla!

BANKRUPT MUSK – NO CASH FOR CRONY CORRUPTION. Print this out & freely re-post it on blogs & social media. Post this on bulletin boards. Put this on the windshield of every Tesla you find. The crash of a Tesla Model X through the home of South Korean singer and actor Ji Chang Son. The crash ended with the nose of the vehicle in Ji Chang Son’s living room after the Tesla malfunctioned. Hundreds of such Tesla crashes have occurred, resulting in the deaths and injuries of Tesla owners, passengers, bystanders, oncoming drivers and others.

Following accusations by a Korean celebrity that a Tesla car spontaneously drove through a wall, the carmaker has replied that the crash was “entirely due to the man’s horrible driving” in an ongoing effort, by Tesla, to steer the blame away from Tesla faulty engineering

Actor and singer Son Ji-chang (identified as Ji Chang Son in court documents) claimed he was parking his Tesla Model X SUV when the vehicle suddenly lurched forward into his living room.

In a lawsuit filed last week in California, Son claimed that the crash was due to “sudden unintended acceleration” and sought class-action status with other Model X owners.

In a nod to the car’s ability to sense and avoid crashes, the lawsuit also hinted that the Model X should not be allowed take actions that the car “knows will result in the collision with a fixed object.”

But Tesla contends its Model X was only dutifully following Son’s instructions to plough through his house.

The evidence, including data from the car, conclusively shows that the crash was the result of Mr. Son pressing the accelerator pedal all the way to 100 per cent,” said Tesla in a statement to Reuters.

Although most new cars are equipped with “black box” technology to record driver actions in the event of a crash, Tesla is unique for amassing vehicle data as detailed as whether a driver’s hands are on the steering wheel.

The data is collected to aid in research and design, but Tesla user agreements also reserve the carmaker’s right to use it to defend itself in court.

The term “sudden unintended acceleration” has a checkered recent history. Most famously, between 2009 and 2011 Toyota recalled more than eight million vehicles following widespread allegations that the vehicles were subject to unexpected ac celeration.

But a subsequent investigation by the U.S. Department of Transportation found that most of the reported cases of “sudden unintended acceleration” were simply drivers stepping on the gas instead of the brake — with only a handful of incidents being due to pedals getting stuck on floormats.

In June, another California-based Model X owner, Puzant Ozbag, similarly claimed that his Model X spontaneously accelerated through a parking lot and into a wall.In that case, too, Tesla reviewed vehicle records and reported that the actual culprit was Ozbag jamming his foot down on the accelerator. A special prosecutor is needed to investigate Tesla due to the huge number of cover-ups, by Tesla and the Obama Administration, to protect camapign financier Elon Musk. Jeff Sessions needs to hire a lawyer from outside the government appointed by Sessions as attorney general or, in the United States, by Congress to investigate a government official for misconduct while in office. A reasoning for such an appointment is that the governmental branch or agency may have political connections to those it might be asked to investigate. Inherently, this creates a conflict of interest and a solution is to have someone from outside the department lead the investigation. The term “special prosecutor” may have a variety of meanings from one country to the next, from one government branch to the next within the same country, and within different agencies within each government branch. Critics of the use of special prosecutors argue that these investigators act as a “fourth branch” to the government because they are not subject to limitations in spending, nor do they have deadlines to meet.

Attorneys carrying out special prosecutor functions in either federal or state courts of the United States are typically appointed ad hoc with representation limited to one case or a delineated series of cases that implicate compelling governmental interests, such as: Fraud (SEC, Complex, Cybercrime, Mortgages), Public Corruption, Money Laundering & Asset Forfeiture, Civil Rights, Racketeering Across State lines, Environmental Protection, National Security, Tax & Bankruptcy, Organized Crime, or International cases where the US is a party).[1]Special prosecutors in courts of the United States may either be appointed formally by one of the three branches of government in a criminal proceeding, or when dictated by federal law or regulation, or informally in civil proceedings, and also by one of the three branches of government, or by a non-governmental entity to prosecute alleged unlawful conduct by government agents. When appointed by the judicial branch to investigate and, if justified, seek indictments in a particular judicial branch case, the attorney is called special prosecutor.[2] When appointed/hired particularly by a governmental branch or agency to investigate alleged misconduct within that branch or agency, the attorney is called independent counsel.[3] When appointed/hired by the state or political subdivision to assist in a particular judicial branch case when the public interest so requires, the attorney is called special counsel.[3] When appointed/hired by an organization, corporation, person or other non-governmental entity to investigate and, if justified, seek indictments against one or more government officials for acts committed under color of law, the attorney may be called special counsel or special prosecutor, but not independent counsel.[3]

On January 3, 1983, the United States federal government substituted the term independent counsel for special prosecutor.[4] Archibald Cox was one of the most notable special prosecutors. However, special prosecutor Archibald Cox today would be called independent counsel Archibald Cox in the United States.

The term is sometimes used as a synonym for independent counsel, but under the former law authorizing the independent counsel, the appointment was made by a special panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. The Ethics in Government Act expired in 1999, and was effectively replaced by Department of Justice regulation 28 CFR Part 600, under which Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald was appointed to look into the Plame affair. The Tesla Motors and Elon Musk Case requires a Special Prosecutor.

Another Tesla Model S Caught On Fire At Supercharger Station In Shanghai

Li Dongmei

A Tesla Model S caught on fire on March 4 while being parked at a supercharger station in Shanghai. The accident destroyed the Model S vehicle and another Tesla car parked next to the Model S. No one was injured during the accident, according to Chinese media reports.

Fire, Shanghai, Tesla, tesla, Tesla fire, Shanghai fire

The Jinqiao Tesla supercharger station was located across the street from Tesla’s first 4S stores in China. Chinese reports suggest that the vehicle in question has parked in its location for a long time, and it’s unclear if the vehicle was being charged or not while the fire took place.

Tesla’s press office in Asia did not immediately respond to an inquiry from China Money Network to confirm the news.

Staff at the supercharger used dry powder fire extinguisher to put out the fire, as the lithium batteries used in Tesla vehicles reacts explosively with water to form hydrogen.

In November, a Tesla Model S caught on fire after hitting a tree at a reportedly high-speed in Indianapolis in the U.S., killing both the driver and the passenger. In September, a Tesla Model S driver also died in a crash after hitting a tree at high speed in the Netherlands.

One month earlier, a Model S caught on fire in France during a test drive. In January 2016, a Tesla Model S caught on fire while charging at a supercharger in Norway. The cause was later determined to be a short circuit by Tesla.

Another Way That Google Rigs Elections: Crowdstrike

Seems like pretty extraordinary incompetence. Either that, or something else was potentially at play; namely, a desire to push the narrative that Russia hacked the DNC, irrespective of the facts.

The whole things gets even more disturbing the more you look.

For example, Counterpunch put out a very important article earlier today on the topic, adding several crucial nuggets of information.

First there’s this:

The investigation methods used to come to the conclusion that the Russian Government led the hacks of the DNCClinton Campaign Chair John Podesta, and the DCCC were further called into question by a recent BuzzFeed report by Jason Leopold, who has developed a notable reputation from leading several non-partisan Freedom of Information Act lawsuits for investigative journalism purposes. On March 15 that the Department of Homeland Security released just two heavily redacted pages of unclassified information in response to an FOIA request for definitive evidence of Russian election interference allegations. Leopold wrote, “what the agency turned over to us and Ryan Shapiro, a PhD candidate at MIT and a research affiliate at Harvard University, is truly bizarre: a two-page intelligence assessment of the incident, dated Aug. 22, 2016, that contains information DHS culled from the internet. It’s all unclassified — yet DHS covered nearly everything in wide swaths of black ink. Why? Not because it would threaten national security, but because it would reveal the methods DHS uses to gather intelligence, methods that may amount to little more than using Google.”

That’s weird enough, but it gets far stranger. For example:

In lieu of substantive evidence provided to the public that the alleged hacks which led to Wikileaks releases of DNC and Clinton Campaign Manager John Podesta’s emails were orchestrated by the Russian Government, CrowdStrike’s bias has been cited as undependable in its own assessment, in addition to its skeptical methods and conclusions. The firm’s CTO and co-founder, Dmitri Alperovitch, is a senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, a think tank with openly anti-Russian sentiments that is funded by Ukrainian billionaire Victor Pinchuk, who also happened to donate at least $10 million to the Clinton Foundation.

In 2013, the Atlantic Council awarded Hillary Clinton it’s Distinguished International Leadership Award. In 2014, the Atlantic Council hosted one of several events with former Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, who took over after pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych was ousted in early 2014, who now lives in exile in Russia.

Recall that the FBI was denied access to the DNC servers by the DNC itself, and simply agreed to rely on the results provided by CrowdStrike, which as you can see has ties to all sorts of anti-Russia organizations and individuals. I find it absolutely remarkable that James Comey head of the FBI outsourced his job to CrowdStrike.

There remains zero evidence that Russia hacked the DNC. I repeat, there remains zero evidence that Russia hacked the DNC.

As cybersecurity expert Jeffrey Carr noted:

Jeffrey Carr called the FBI/Department of Homeland Security Report, the only alleged evidence released by intelligence officials, released in late December 2016 a “fatally flawed effort” that provided no evidence to substantiate the claims that the Russian government conducted the hacks, though that’s what it was purported to do.

Absolutely remarkable, but there’s more. As TechCrunch reported back in 2015:

If you need proof that security is a red hot market these days, how about this morning’s announcement that cybersecurity company CrowdStrike landed a $100 million Series C investment round?

The round was led by Google Capital with Rackspace, which happens to be one of the company’s customers also investing. Existing investors Accel and Warburg Pincus also participated. Today’s investment brings the total to-date to $156 million.

Why do I find it interesting that Google was a major investor in CrowdStrike? Well for one, we know that Chairman of Alphabet, Inc. (Google’s parent company), Eric Schmidt, was actively working to help the Hillary campaign. As I highlighted in the 2015 post,Meet “Groundwork” – Google Chairman Eric Schmidt’s Stealth Startup Working to Make Hillary Clinton President:

An under-the-radar startup funded by billionaire Eric Schmidt has become a major technology vendor for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, underscoring the bonds between Silicon Valley and Democratic politics.

The Groundwork, according to Democratic campaign operatives and technologists, is part of efforts by Schmidt—the executive chairman of Google parent-company Alphabet—to ensure that Clinton has the engineering talent needed to win the election. And it is one of a series of quiet investments by Schmidt that recognize how modern political campaigns are run, with data analytics and digital outreach as vital ingredients that allow candidates to find, court, and turn out critical voter blocs.

There is also another gap in play: The shrinking distance between Google and the Democratic Party. Former Google executive Stephanie Hannon is the Clinton campaign’s chief technology officer, and a host of ex-Googlers are currently employed as high-ranking technical staff at the Obama White House. Schmidt, for his part, is one of the most powerful donors in the Democratic Party—and his influence does not stem only from his wealth, estimated by Forbes at more than $10 billion.

According to campaign finance disclosures, Clinton’s campaign is the Groundwork’s only political client. Its employees are mostly back-end software developers with experience at blue-chip tech firms like Netflix, Dreamhost, and Google.

Since Democrats seem so obsessed with the saying these days, “where there’s smoke there’s fire,” and there’s plenty of smoke here.

High stakes for Trump as vote looms on Republican health plan

By Richard Cowan and Dustin Volz | WASHINGTON

As the clock ticked on Friday toward a high-stakes vote demanded by Donald Trump to overhaul the U.S. healthcare system, fellow Republicans in Congress scrambled to secure enough votes to avoid a loss that could hobble his presidency.

The showdown on the House of Representatives floor follows Trump’s decision to cut off negotiations to shore up support inside his own party, with moderates and the most conservative lawmakers balking. On Thursday night he had issued an ultimatum that lawmakers pass the legislation that has his backing or keep in place the Obamacare law that Republicans have sought to dismantle since it was enacted seven years ago.

The House was tentatively set to vote by 4:45 p.m. ET (2045 GMT) on Friday on the bill to replace Democratic former President Barack Obama’s signature domestic policy achievement, the 2010 Affordable Care Act, widely known as Obamacare.

Republicans control Congress and the White House but have deep divisions over the first major legislative test since Trump became president on Jan. 20. The vote looked to be a cliffhanger.

Representative Rodney Davis, a member of the House Republican team trying to win passage, said the bill was still short of the needed votes, telling MSNBC the “next few votes” would be the toughest to secure. White House budget director Mick Mulvaney told ABC it was not clear if Republicans had enough votes.

Vice President Mike Pence, a former House member and influential among Republican lawmakers, postponed a planned trip to Arkansas and Tennessee to help secure passage.

If all House members vote on the measure, Republicans can afford to lose only 21 votes. At least 35 Republicans still plan to vote against the bill, according to CBS News.

“We’ll see what happens,” Trump said at the White House, adding that House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan, who has championed the bill, should keep his job regardless of the outcome.

Ryan headed to the White House for a meeting hours before the vote.

The president and House Republican leaders cannot afford to lose many votes in their own party because Democrats are unified in opposition, saying the bill would take away medical insurance from millions of Americans and leave the more-than-$3 trillion U.S. healthcare system in disarray.

Republican supporters said the plan would achieve their goal of rolling back the government’s “nanny state” role in healthcare.

House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi said, “What’s happening today is a lose-lose situation for the Republicans. It’s a lose-lose for the American people, that’s for sure. But the people who vote for this will have this vote tattooed to their foreheads as they go forward.”

Failure of the measure would call into question Trump’s ability to get other key parts of his agenda, including tax cuts and a boost in infrastructure spending, through a Congress controlled by his own party.

“If it doesn’t pass, this issue is dead,” Republican Representative Mario Diaz-Balart, a bill supporter, said of Republican healthcare legislation. “This is the one shot.”

Even if the legislation passes in the House, it faces an uncertain future in the Senate, where Republicans have expressed misgivings.

Trump, a real estate magnate who touted his deal-making prowess in the 2016 presidential campaign, is facing the first major test of how well his skills would work with Congress. Days of negotiations led to some changes in the bill but failed to produce a consensus deal.

Trump put fresh pressure on the House Freedom Caucus, which includes some of the chamber’s most conservative members and strongest critics of the bill. Trump said it would be ironic that opposition by anti-abortion lawmakers would preserve federal funding for Planned Parenthood, the women’s healthcare provider that includes abortions in its programs.

While Planned Parenthood is barred from using federal funds for abortions, conservatives argue that any federal money for other health services frees the organization up to use its own money on abortions.

U.S. stocks were higher Friday as some of the worry investors about a possible failure of the bill appeared to be ebbing ahead of the scheduled vote in the House. Some analysts suggested a failure could be a catalyst to bring forward action on tax reform, which has always been a greater priority for investors.

“Lawmakers will have to be accountable as to why they didn’t vote to get rid of Obamacare when they had the chance and that chance is today,” Mulvaney said on CBS’s “This Morning” program.

The vote had been set for Thursday, the seventh anniversary of Obama’s signing of the 2010 law, but in an embarrassing setback it was postponed because of uncertain support.

Health Secretary Tom Price put pressure on Republican holdouts on Friday.

“It’s time to put up,” he said on Fox News. “This is the first step and they need to get on board.”

Trump added on Twitter, “This is finally your chance for a great plan!”

The partisan, emotional debate expected in the House on Friday was previewed during a testy early-morning hearing of the House Rules Committee.

“I don’t have to be nice to nobody when you are being nasty to poor people,” Democratic Representative Alcee Hastings of Florida said during an exchange with Republicans on the panel.

A Quinnipiac University poll released on Thursday found 56 percent of U.S. voters opposed the House bill, with only 17 percent supporting it. Quinnipiac said its poll had a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.

The bill is the first foray into legislation for Trump, who took office on Jan. 20 with no political experience.

Replacing Obama’s signature health care plan was a key campaign pledge for Trump and Republicans, who view it as overly intrusive and expensive.

Obamacare aimed to boost the number of Americans with health insurance through mandates on individuals and employers, and income-based subsidies. About 20 million Americans gained insurance coverage through the law.

The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office said under the Republican legislation 14 million people would lose medical coverage by next year and more than 24 million would be uninsured in 2026.

The House plan would rescind a range of taxes created by Obamacare, end a penalty on people who refuse to obtain health insurance, end Obamacare’s income-based subsidies to help people buy insurance while creating less-generous age-based tax credits

It also would end Obamacare’s expansion of the Medicaid state-federal insurance program for the poor, cut future federal Medicaid funding and let states impose work requirements on some Medicaid recipients.

House leaders agreed to a series of last-minute changes to try to win over disgruntled conservatives, including ending the Obamacare requirement that insurers cover certain “essential benefits” such as maternity care, mental health services and prescription drug coverage.

The House and Senate had hoped to deliver a new healthcare bill to Trump by April 8, when Congress is scheduled to begin a two-week spring break.

Usually that’s what it is, a half-truth. While what they’ve heard does have some truth to it, they’ve heard things that purposely and deliberately left out important parts to trick them into thinking a certain way.

It’s a good way of talking to people who “know” what’s happening. You aren’t arguing against the “facts” that they know. And they aren’t wrong about what they believe, they’re just being mislead by only being told part of the story. Which doesn’t make them completely wrong. And also allows them to listen to the whole truth without being completely wrong.

Example – Women make 77 cents for every dollar a man makes!!!

Yes, on average men make more money than women overall. But that’s a half-truth. One reason for that is the woman is usually the one who leaves the workforce when they have children. A person who has 5-7 years more experience will make more money. So yes men do make more money overall, but men and women with the same amount of experience, doing the same job, do get paid the same.

They get to keep their (sometimes false) beliefs. In this example, they read online and they were told many times that men make more money. You can’t undo that with one conversation when they’ve heard it 100 times before. You wouldn’t just be arguing with them, you’d be arguing against all those other people who told them it’s true.

You aren’t arguing against their “facts”, you’re just adding to the half-truth. So this way you aren’t automatically wrong. And neither are they. Which leaves them open to the truth.

Not only that, but unless you work for government, where all salaries are predetermined in pay scale rules, most people get the salary they bargained for at their hiring interview. If some women feel they are worth less and settle for less, whose problem is it ?

Another Sony Pictures Political Movie Hits The Skids: Sony Boycott Going Strong!

Amy Schumer Exits ‘Barbie’ Movie. “Boycott Sony Pictures for Rigging Political Campaigns” Rocks On!

Amy Schumer has reportedly exited Sony’s live-action Barbie film due to scheduling conflicts

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 35-year-old Trainwreck star will no longer play the title role in Sony’s upcoming film based on the popular Mattel doll and will no longer write the screenplay.

“Sadly, I’m no longer able to commit to Barbie due to scheduling conflicts,” Schumer said in a statement. “The film has so much promise, and Sony and Mattel have been great partners. I’m bummed, but look forward to seeing Barbie on the big screen.”

Schumer had signed on to the project in December, with Deadline reporting that Sony chief Tom Rothman personally pitched the script to the actress. Schumer had reportedly completed a rewrite of the script before her exit.

“We respect and support Amy’s decision,” a Sony spokesperson said in a statement. “We look forward to bringing Barbie to the world and sharing updates on casting and filmmakers soon.”

Sony is hoping to release Barbie on June 29, 2018, though the film does not currently have a director.

The Hollywood Reporter also reported Thursday that Schumer had signed on to star in the dramedy She Came to Me alongside Steve Carell and Nicole Kidman from writer-director Rebecca Miller and OddLot Entertainment.

The actress — perhaps best known for her Comedy Central series Inside Amy Schumer — is set to appear next in Snatched, a mother-daughter comedy co-starring Goldie Hawn due out for release May 12.

Schumer made headlines this week when she took to Instagram to accuse Internet trolls of deliberately tanking the ratings of her Netflix stand-up comedy show, The Leather Special. The stand-up special was flooded with one-star reviews shortly after its release.

Nunes Calls Comey, Rogers For “Closed Session” After Finding “Concerning Info” In Intel Reports

Tyler Durden's picture

Last night we highlighted a Fox News story which suggested that Devin Nunes expected the NSA to deliver a “smoking gun” which would prove that the Obama administration spied on the Trump transition team, and possibly the president-elect himself, as early as today.

Moments ago, Nunes fanned that speculation by holding an impromptu press conference announcing that he’ll call both FBI Director Comey and NSA Director Rogers before a closed session of the House Intelligence Committee to discuss topics which “they couldn’t answer in a public setting.”

Here is Nunes’s full statement:

And some early takeaways:

“There are just questions that we have for Dir. Comey and Adm. Rogers probably that they couldn’t answer in a public setting.”

Nunes also revealed that President Trump’s former campaign manager, Paul Manafort, has volunteered to testify before the House Intelligence Committee on his alleged connections to Russia.

“We thank Mr. Manafort for volunteering and encourage others with knowledge of these issues to voluntarily interview with the committee.”

Nunes continues to decline requests from the press to reveal his sources…

But did confirm there was “no wiretapping of Trump Tower; That didn’t happen”

This follows Nunes’s appearance on Fox News last night in which he declared he had an obligation to raise issues he’s discovered about the unmasking of Americans’ names during serveillance.

@DevinNunes on “incidental” surveillance revelations: I had a duty and obligation to tell the President.

“What I saw had nothing to do with Russia. This has nothing to do with the Russia investigation.”

“The lack of a leak investigation is quite concerning. We need to make sure that these leaks are being tracked down.”

I have information that indicates Americans’ names were unmasked during surveillance.

“Clearly when I see a problem, I’m going to point it out.”

“Names for sure if they’re picked up in any incidental collection of any kind, they should be minimized.”

Meanwhile, proving that Nunes may actually be on to something here, WaPo has quickly called for an immediate investigation into his behavior.

Jesus when are Americans going to realize corporations serve their own interests and nothing else.

Of course, like every other corporation, they strive to “free” up competition so they can rise to the top and then close the means so no one can follow.

When are people going to realize that net neutrality was a corporation trying to get an advantage on smaller corporations. They abused the net infrestructure and the market made them pay a price for it. Then they wanted rules that would protect them from that. The free market requires that you play at least somewhat reasonably with everyone effected by your decisions or pay. It also would have been a subsidy for their customers. If you are one of their customers that’s great in a selfish way to require every co-customer to pay for the type of use you use but does that make it honest to deny someone who wants cheaper internet to have it. A good free market considers everyone’s needs and has people pay proportionally. What if you’re me and you only want to move text over ssh and want your isp to be able to cut costs in every other way. That is use the internet for what it was designed for. Netflix introduced a fundamentally different use than it was initially designed for and the companies that make money on that should help cover the infrastructure costs. By paying comcast they were helping to invest in the network being able to do this on a larger scale where everyone could be a cable cutter. Seeing as Netflix is the primary to gain from that we should tap every dollar we can from them to build that. If netflix pays a static amount per month that amount annuitized can be sunk into infrastructure all at once to make the net you’re asking for. Comcast likely has a really low internal discount rate because they don’t lend a lot of money are a monopoly unlikely to disappear. That means that’s a lot of money for infrastructure.

Net neutrality is for people who have conclusions they want to come to and who stick their head in the sand. Corporations are evil and we want lots of rules. Sure, corporations are evil but we want a free market and btw, it’s a corporation that’s getting you to argue for a non-free market that will benefit them. This also raises the minimum cost you could pay (and thereby anything without ridiculous restrictions will have price compression and all will go up).

I agree completely. If someone is worried about a giant company having too much power, that’s what the anti-trust laws are for. These are the laws that smashed AT&T to dust, and they could reduce your hated cableco to dust too.

If a company like Comcast advertises total Internet access and then cuts off Netflix, that’s why we have laws about fraud, and about tortious interference in a contract. We don’t need 10,000 pages of unconstitutional regulations. The British contract laws designed in 1700 A.D. will get the job done.

You know how “network neutrality” regulations got passed? The Chicago Nigger sent gangsters to attack the chairman of the FCC a few hours before the vote.

New Book Discloses Silicon Valley Prostitutes At Infamous Rosewood Hotel

The place where women lust after spotty nerds: How Silicon Valley Cougar Nights attract revellers in their 40s hoping to bag a billionaire

  • The Upstarts by Brad Stone tells the story of the two founders of Airbnb
  • Venture capitalists bought a stake worth $585,000 now priced at $4.5bn
  • Valley of the Gods by Alexandra Wolfe recounts love life of Silicon Valley

by Brad Stone (Bantam Press £20)

by Alexandra Wolfe Simon & Schuster £12.99)

On the day of Barack Obama’s inauguration in January 2009, two unknown entrepreneurs were in Washington DC to watch history being made: the swearing-in of America’s first black president.

What they didn’t know was that they too would become history-makers.

Brian Chesky and Joe Gebbia had just founded an obscure website called, which enabled users to stay — often on airbeds, hence the name — in the homes of strangers.

Geek charm: Dating is different in Silicon Valley

Geek charm: Dating is different in Silicon Valley

The company would evolve from that simple notion, which they dreamt up as a way of making ‘a few bucks’ from their own San Francisco apartment, into Airbnb, an online hospitality service currently valued at more than $30 billion.

But that week it was still little more than an idea and, with every hotel room in the U.S. capital snapped up, the two men, both in their 20s, used their own website to find cheap accommodation on someone’s floor.

Also at the inauguration were another two entrepreneurs, Garrett Camp and Travis Kalanick, who were both in their early 30s and already high-achievers, although no one suspected they were about to change the face of global transportation.

Camp, a Canadian with a restlessly busy mind, was trying to entice his friend Kalanick with his latest vision for a business: he wanted to enable anyone with a smartphone to summon a car at the touch of a button.

Their experience that bitterly cold day, as they looked in vain for a taxi to get to an inauguration party, helped to convince Kalanick of the need for what would become Uber.

Now, Uber is valued at $68 bn. It continues to overcome legal challenges, not to mention irate taxi drivers, and has become one of the world’s largest car services. Yet it owns hardly any cars. Similarly, Airbnb can be described as the biggest hotel company on the planet, without owning any actual hotel rooms.

THE UPSTARTS by Brad Stone (Bantam Press £20)

THE UPSTARTS by Brad Stone (Bantam Press £20)

Eight years ago, the four men who wrought this peculiarly 21st century phenomenon were anonymous faces in the Washington DC crowd. Now they are multi-billionaires, and feted by presidents.

In 2014, when Uber needed someone to run media strategy, the company had the clout to hire the very person who had managed Obama’s triumphant 2008 campaign, David Plouffe The Uber story is particularly fascinating, and in a way it began with James Bond.

In 2008, while watching a DVD of his favourite Bond film, Casino Royale, Camp sat up a little straighter during a scene where Daniel Craig, as Bond, was driving through the Bahamas, on the trail of the villain, Le Chiffre.

During the pursuit, Bond glanced down at his mobile phone, checking on a moving icon of his own car on a map.

That image stuck in Camp’s mind; what if he could adapt it for people trying to get round cities?

He was already determined to challenge the way metropolitan taxi firms operated, and had made himself notorious among San Francisco’s yellow-cab companies by habitually calling all of them and taking the first car that arrived.

Uber grew out of his own frustration with waiting times, but to those prosaic origins he added a dash of James Bond. So now, when people summon Ubers, what they see on their phones as the vehicle approaches was inspired by one of Q’s gadgets for 007.

Of course, brilliant ideas are not enough in Silicon Valley, the 1,500 square miles of California that is home to so many hi-tech industries and internet start-ups. They also need funding.

VALLEY OF THE GODS by Alexandra Wolfe Simon & Schuster £12.99)

VALLEY OF THE GODS by Alexandra Wolfe Simon & Schuster £12.99)

Stone chronicles some jaw-dropping tales of investors who gambled on Uber and Airbnb and made fortunes, and those who haven’t stopped kicking themselves for declining the opportunity.

Ron Conway, the so-called godfather of Silicon Valley, who acquired fabulous wealth by backing the ‘holy trinity’ of Google, Facebook and Twitter, reckoned that Uber would conk out in the face of too much opposition. He said no, and advised his friends to do likewise.

Conversely, when the venture capitalists at a company called Sequoia recognised the potential of Airbnb, they backed their hunch to the tune of $585,000. The value of their stake, in December 2016, was $4.5bn.

But there is another side to Silicon Valley, and that is explored by Alexandra Wolfe, a Wall Street Journal reporter (and the daughter of celebrated novelist Tom Wolfe), in VALLEY OF THE GODS .

She follows the stories of three young entrepreneurs desperate to become the next Brian Chesky or Travis Kalanick, in the case of one young man by ‘asteroid mining’ — travelling into space to extract valuable minerals from asteroids.

As yet, it doesn’t look like too bright an idea, but maybe its day will come.

Wolfe also documents the curious lifestyle of Silicon Valley, where extreme wealth isn’t outwardly detectable and the richest person in the room ‘is often wearing flip-flops and a hoodie’.

The number of billionaires in Silicon Valley

The funniest manifestation of this is ‘Cougar Night’. Every Thursday evening, women in their 40s, sometimes older, gather at the Rosewood Sand Hill hotel, just a stone’s throw from Stanford University, in the hope of finding themselves a fresh-faced billionaire.

Or maybe not fresh-faced; maybe spotty. Because on Cougar Nights, all the usual predatory practices are overturned.

As Wolfe writes, back home, wherever they come from, these scrawny, bespectacled nerds ‘would be unlikely to score a mate. Here at Cougar Night, women were crawling on just this type of specimen’.

That’s Silicon Valley, where nothing is as it seems, and everyone is trying to guess who is who, and what will happen next . . . but nobody quite knows.

Univision Calls Homeland Security Training “Racist” and Says It Is Aimed At The Many Depreessed and Mentally Unstable Gizmodo Employees

A Homeland Security Official Came to Warn Us About Workplace Shootings and Political Correctness

Don’t Be Afraid to Racially Profile Your Friends, Neighbors and Coworkers

Peterson opened his remarks with an anecdote about the San Bernardino shooters, who you’ll recall were a married couple. He noted that a neighbor failed to call the cops on the pair before the shooting, despite seeing them in their garage doing something murky. She feared being thought of as “racist,” Peterson said.

Peterson described this as an example of “political correctness run amok.” He encouraged us not to let a distaste for treating people differently based on their race or ethnicity prevent us from alerting the police to behavior like spending time in a garage with your spouse.

During the question and answer portion of the training, Special Projects editor Kelly Stout asked, “You advised us to dispense with political correctness when dealing with potential threats. Is that DHS policy or your personal opinion?”

“It’s both, I would say,” Peterson responded. “It’s a common sense thing.” Perhaps sensing the nonplussed mood in the room he added a caveat that he had not when he first told the story: “That shouldn’t be the determination as to why you make a phone call. You don’t make a call because someone is a certain ethnicity or religion or from a certain area of the world. The reason to make the call is that you’re suspicious of some activity that person is doing.”

Don’t Be Afraid to Use Fake Stories to Back Up Your Point

That story—about a neighbor lady who knew the shooters were plotting, could have stopped the shooting, and did not—was told by New Jersey Governor Chris Christie on Fox News. It’s not true. There’s no evidence for it besides extremely thin reports on right-wing websites.

Politifact rated it “False”:

The most that was reported is that a neighbor of a neighbor of one of the shooter’s mother said there was suspicious activity. There was no mention that a neighbor of the shooters themselves was suspicious, much less that a neighbor thought an attack was being planned. concurred, finding a single local news report with a friend of a neighbor describing saying she didn’t alert authorities to innocuous behavior—“receiving quite a number of packages” and “working a lot in their garage”—because she didn’t want to “do any kind of racial profiling.”

During a question-and-answer session, Special Projects Desk reporter Brendan O’Connor asked where Kevin got that story: “I’m wondering what your source of information is on that?”

“My understanding is that came from the woman herself,” he responded. “And that was given to local law enforcement in San Bernardino. That’s what she said. In the aftermath of the investigation.”

It didn’t. When O’Connor pointed out that the story was false (“That’s simply not true”), Peterson replied: “I don’t know that what you’re saying is true either.”

A few moments later, he said “I want to return to the gentleman here,’ he said, pointing to O’Connor. “Whether what the woman said is accurate or not—” he paused here to let the laughter subside — “The point is, the point I was trying to make, is don’t let that stop you from making the call if you think something is suspicious.”

Make Sure to Snitch on Depressed People

Peterson also showed this slide, which advised viewing people who seem depressed as potential threats. Some of these points are worthwhile—a hostile person with a new fixation on weapons might be a concern—but “depression or withdrawal” is not, on its own, a good indicator of a future workplace shooter. (Especially in this business.) Nor is absenteeism or failure to comply with company policies.

Peterson allowed that one or two of these things are, on their own, not an indicator of violent plans. But, he added, “If you notice somebody who’s got five or six of these, you need to pick up the phone and let somebody know.” He didn’t say which five or six.

Don’t Pay Attention to the Key Traits That Mass Shooters Have in Common

Peterson spoke extensively about the 2008 Mumbai attacks, which were carried out by an Islamic militant organization based in Pakistan. That was an act of terror, and differed substantially from workplace shootings, his area of expertise.

Since 1982, at least 64 percent of mass shootings have been committed by lone white men. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, women in the workplace are most likely to be killed by someone they know; men are most likely to be killed during the course of a robbery, and make up the bulk of victims of workplace homicides:

About 4 out of every 5 workplace homicide victims in 2010 were men. The type of assailants in these cases differed, depending on whether the victim was a man or a woman. Robbers and other assailants accounted for 72 percent of homicides to men, for example, and only 37 percent of homicides to women. A substantial difference exists when relatives and other personal acquaintances are the assailants: only 3 percent of homicides to men, but 39 percent to women. Assailants with no known personal relationship to their victims accounted for about two-thirds of workplace homicides.

Kevin did not tell us what stopping political correctness in its tracks might do about mass shootings perpetrated in the workplace or homicides committed during the course of robberies.

Throw Backpacks

Peterson also advised us to think about improvised weapons, like fire extinguishers, potted plants, or our backpacks. That’s probably helpful advice, or, at least, more helpful than watch out for Muslims. He showed us this video:

“I see some of your faces like, ‘It can’t happen to me,’” Peterson told us at one point. “But it can happen.”

That’s not what was going on with our faces.

Gwyneth Paltrow pushes Anal Sex

‘If anal turns you on, you are not alone’: Gwyneth Paltrow publishes a VERY intimate guide to the sex act on Goop, insisting it is ‘practically standard in the modern bedroom repertoire’

  • Th 44-year-old mother-of-two published The Sex Issue on her website today
  • A whole article is devoted to anal sex and consults The Guide to Getting it On! author Paul Joannides, Psy.D.

  • Joannides offers tips for doing it comfortably, warns of the risks, and speaks to where he thought the current obsession came from

Gwyneth Paltrow is not shy about talking about sex. On her website, the Goop founder has dishes on swingers’ parties, preferred sex toys, lube, and S&M.

In the latest issue of her newsletter — The Sex Issue — the 44-year-old tackles orgasms, more sexy toys, casual sex, and porn.

She also includes a whole article about anal sex, in which she consults an expert to compile a comprehensive guide to the taboo sexual act.

‘First it was shocking, then it was having a cultural moment, now it’s practically standard in the modern bedroom repertoire — or so a quick scan of any media, from porn to HBO, will tell you,’ the mother-of-two begins her piece. ‘But the reality about anal is not, actually, that everyone’s doing it.’

Though it may not be quite as ubiquitous as the media makes it seem — she cites a CDC report stating that 30 to 40 per cent of heterosexual men and women have tried it — it certainly is becoming less taboo.

‘If anal turns you on, you are definitely not alone,’ she goes on. ‘But its prevalence doesn’t change the fact that it’s the riskiest sexual behavior in terms of HIV and other STDs.’

Speaking to research psychoanalyst and The Guide to Getting it On! author Paul Joannides, Psy.D., she offers up answers to some of the most common questions about the deed.

Joannides attitudes the rise in discussion of anal sex to the porn industry moving online.

‘I’d say that by 2005, porn had totally blurred the distinction between a woman’s anus and vagina,’ he said, attributing it to a need for shock value.

While porn brought anal sex more out into the open for heterosexuals, he added, it doesn’t really accurately depict what the act is like. For one thing, women who want to be entered that way have to ‘teach their sphincter muscles to relax’ first.

‘The anus isn’t designed to have a penis thrust up it; nature did not spec it to handle incoming, as she did with the vagina,’ he explained. Lube is also necessary.

Condoms are also often not present in porn, but are even more likely to be needed to prevent STDs when practicing anal — Johannides says women are 17 times more likely to get HIV from anal.

No secrets: Gwyneth (pictured with ex Chris Martin in 2014) is often open about her sex life

There are other risks, too: pain, fecal matter can enter the man’s urethra, and generally making a mess.

‘During anal intercourse you’re basically putting a plunger up someone’s butt. Accidents are likely to happen at one time or another,’ he said.

Finally, Johannides offered some tips for making the experience enjoyable. First, he said, it is necessary that both partners want to participate, and neither is being pressured. Second, it’s necessary to find the right angle, so the penis doesn’t hit the rectal wall.

Third, he warns against having anal sex while drunk or stoned, or using numbing lube, all of which can dull pain.

‘Pain is an important indicator that damage can occur if you don’t make the necessary adjustments, including stopping,’ he explained.

The new issue also includes articles on porn and orgasms, as well as a shopping guide

If anal sex isn’t enjoyable but the parties are still interested in the region, he suggests using a gloved and lubed finger instead.

In addition to the anal sex guide, the new issue also includes a round-up of sex toys, including a few tried and true favorites that have turned up on Goop gift guides in the past.

There are costumes and lingerie, an intro bondage set, rope and handcuffs, games, vibrators, and even apps.

How Google Runs The “Deep State” Government That Is Screwing With Trump and The Entire U.S. Government

How Google Runs The “Deep State” Government That Is Screwing With Trump and The Entire U.S. Government

By Andres Fauceyt

Eric Schmidt was the head of the Deep State Government when it was formerly called New America Foundation. What a warm and cozy name for an organization as nasty as Satan’s anus. New America’s sister organization is a “charity organization” called In-Q-Tel. In-Q-Tel funded Eric Schmidt’s Google and claims to be a “non-profit charity which provides technology to the CIA…”. Google is the single largest financier of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Google is the single largest beneficiary of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. In-Q-Tel was the owner of the airplanes that were registered on FAA and DEA arrest records as “Cocaine 1” and “Cocaine 2”. They had five tons of cocaine on them at the point that the DEA swooped in on the “charity” In-Q-Tel airplanes. In-Q-Tel staffs Elon Musk’s SpaceX spy satellite company. The head of Silk Road, the largest online illegal drug operation worked for Elon Musk at SpaceX. Most of Obama’s and Clinton’s key staff came from Google. Google makes billions of dollars from various government spy contracts. Pretty much everybody at Google hates Donald Trump and all Republicans. All of Google’s profits rely on kick-back deals with crony Democrats.

Those are facts. Check these facts out for yourself on any non-Google search engine. They are not arguable and they are proven by SEC and FTC filings, IRS filings, arrest records and other indisputable public documents.

Eric Schmidt had New America Foundation, Google and In-Q-Tel suddenly try to delete all connections to him. Even they could not erase it all. When you “follow-the-money”, the dirty paths of corruption and technology mobster-ism are clear.

Because Larry Page, Eric Schmidt and Elon Musk believed that the IRS, Barack Obama, Eric Holder, the CIA and the Federal Reserve Bank were personally running cover for them, they decided to push the envelope and see how much they could get away with. They were certain that Google’s and In-Q-Tel’s technology could rig the 2016 election for Hillary, just like they did for Obama’s election, they did not foresee that the GOP had been covertly circumventing their coup attempt for years.

Now that Trump is in office, the bewildered Obama Coup organizers are scattered and the most of them do not know what to do except try to keep their little coup going. Hacking Donald Trump seemed like an easy and reasonable task to the Google-ites who had such an “above-the-law” world of anything-goes for so long. Now, not so much.

The holy trinity of Sessions/Gowdy/Chaffetz are delighting the public as they rail into the corrupt big wigs of Washington DC. Now it is time, though, for Congress to get serious and forcefully rail into Google, New America Foundation and In-Q-Tel and terminate them once and for all. They are not in service to America. They are criminal operations out to line their own pockets at the expense of the public and the Constitution.

Anti-Trump Propagandist David Brock Suffers Heart Attack Like Andrew Brietbart

Anti-Trump Propagandist David Brock Suffers Heart Attack Like Andrew Brietbart

Tyler Durden's picture

Founder of Media Matters, and infamous Hillary “attack dog” and agit-prop specialist, David Brock has suffered a heart attack, but is expected to make a “swift recovery,” a senior aide said Wednesday. As The Hill reports,

“David Brock suffered a heart attack while working in the Washington DC office early Tuesday,” Bradley Beychok, Brock’s chief of staff, said in a statement.

“He was quickly transported to a local hospital, received prompt medical treatment, and we are looking forward to a swift recovery.”

“We thank everyone for their well wishes, and especially want to thank the wonderful doctors and staff who treated David. We kindly ask for privacy as he recovers,” the statement added.

Brock, 54, a staunch supporter of Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential campaign, founded the non-profit liberal media watchdog publication Media Matters for America in 2004.

As a reminder, in November 2016, Brock created a vast system of agitation and propaganda was set up in order to destroy the reputation and the authority of President Donald Trump as soon as he arrived in the White House.

This will be THE gathering for Democratic donors from across the country to hear from a broad and diverse group of leaders about the next steps for progressives under a Trump Administration,” Brock wrote to the donors in an email.

“What better way to spend inaugural weekend than talking about how to kick Donald Trump’s ass?” Brock said.

In order to convince US public opinion of the President’s insanity – a man who says that he hopes for peace with his enemies, and wants to collaborate with them in universal economic prosperity – one of the greatest specialists of agit-prop (agitation & propaganda), David Brock, set up an impressive system even before Trump’s investiture.

The current campaign is organised in secret by four associations:

Media Matters is tasked with picking up on Donald Trump’s mistakes. You read his bulletin every day in your newspapers – the President can’t be trusted, he got this or that point wrong.

American Bridge 21st Century has collected more than 2,000 hours of videos showing Donald Trump over the years, and more than 18,000 hours of other videos of the members of his cabinet. It has at its disposition sophisticated technological equipment designed for the Department of Defense – allegedly not in working order – which enables it to look for contradictions between their older declarations and their current positions. It should be extending its work to 1,200 of the new President’s collaborators.

Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington — CREW is a firm of high level lawyers tasked with tracking anything that could create a scandal in the Trump administration. Most of the lawyers in this association work pro bono, for the cause. These are the people who prepared the case for Bob Ferguson, the Chief Prosecutor of the state of Washington, against the immigration decree (Executive Order 13769).

Shareblue is an electronic army which has already connected with 162 million internauts in the USA. It’s job is to spread pre-ordained themes, for example:

  • Trump is authoritarian and a thief.
  • Trump is under the influence of Vladimir Putin.
  • Trump is a weak and quick-tempered personality, he’s a manic-depressive.
  • Trump was not elected by the majority of US citizens, and is therefore illegitimate.
  • His Vice-President, Mike Pence, is a fascist.
  • Trump is a billionaire who will constantly be faced with conflicts of interest between his personal affairs and those of state.
  • Trump is a puppet of the Koch brothers, who are famous for sponsoring the extreme right.
  • Trump is a white supremacist and a threat to minorities.
  • Anti-Trump opposition just keeps growing outside Washington.
  • To save democracy, let’s support the democrataic parliamentarians who are attacking Trump, and let’s demolish those who are co-operating with him.
  • Overthrowing Trump will take time, so don’t let’s weaken in our resolve.

Of course, we wonder how long it will be before 54-year-old Brock’s gay heart attack is blamed on Putin in some way?

Seized Laptop Shows Hillary Clinton Covered Up Weiner’s Alleged Sex Crimes With 15 yr old During Election

NYPD Turns Against the FBI: Seized Laptop Shows Hillary Clinton Covered Up Weiner’s Alleged Sex Crimes With 15 yr old During Election

New York Police Department detectives and sources working an underage child pornography case against Anthony Weiner confirm the laptop seized from the former congressman contains proof that Hillary Clinton knew he was engaging in a long sexual relationship with a minor but did not intervene to alert any state or federal authorities to protect the 15 year old.

Not blowing the whistle on the serial sexter allowed Weiner to keep sexting the youth via cell phone and internet chats for approximately another four more months, NYPD sources said. While Clinton was busy campaigning to be the first female US president with Weiner’s wife and aide Huma Abedin, he was at home sending the 15-year-old online porn and divulging his rape fantasies to the girl, NYPD sources said. Weiner also apparently talked on the telephone with the girl, based on intelligence gleaned from the laptop.

Instead of rescuing the minor from a sex-obsessed Weiner, Clinton who was the Democratic presidential candidate at the time and eventual front runner, counseled her long time aide Abedin, to end her relationship with him because bad publicity could harm the campaign. NYPD officials said Clinton and Abedin discovered Weiner’s sexting with the minor in April 2016 and that he had already been corresponding with the youth for months.

Neither Clinton nor Abedin apparently did anything to stop the abuse of the minor. Instead, the repeated incidents — which breach a host of state and federal laws — were kept quiet.

Yet Clinton, who champions herself as a women’s rights advocate, did nothing to help the girl. And it gets even worse. NYPD said the high school sophomore was suffering from depression and told Weiner during over seven months of correspondences that she often wanted to end her life. Weiner did nothing to try to stop the girl from hurting herself, NYPD sources said.

It is not clear whether Abedin or Clinton knew the girl was having suicidal thoughts. But NYPD sources said the FBI did know because the proof is warehoused on Weiner’s silver Dell Inspiron 15 7000 laptop, which the FBI obtained via search warrant in October.

That means, as NYPD sources highlight, the FBI knew Clinton did nothing to try and stop Weiner from repeatedly sexting a minor during the election. And the FBI likewise has apparently done nothing since the election to charge — or even question — Clinton for what appears to be intentionally endangering a minor entangled in a child pornography case. FBI Director James Comey said his agents combed Weiner’s laptop prior to the election and found no evidence indicating Hillary Clinton had engaged in any criminal conduct. Any. Somehow, Comey and his understudies were able to comb through over approximately 600,000 emails and files on the computer in a mere week. Yet found nothing linking Clinton to the Weiner child pornography case?

That information does not jibe with NYPD investigators. According to their intelligence, there was discussion of charging Clinton with New York statutes for not alerting law enforcement that a minor was being repeatedly exploited. But such talk was ultimately quashed by federal prosecutors who said this was now an FBI and Justice Department case and no charges like that would originate from New York or from local law enforcement where the girl lived.

“One bullshit road block after another,” a NYPD source said.

It was clear that Clinton was to get a free pass although NYPD said investigators held out some hope she would be charged after the election, especially when she lost. Now five months later, Clinton is talking about running for New York City mayor instead of defending herself against criminal charges.

“They (feds) sat on it,” The NYPD source said. “Fucking disgraceful.”

Some of the facts that Abedin, Clinton and the FBI apparently intentionally squelched include:

  • Weiner coaxed video chats in which he asked the girl to undress and touch herself and repeat his name out loud.
  • The girl told Weiner that she was a sophomore in high school and trying to get a learner’s permit to and learn how to drive.
  • Weiner knew the girl was suffering from depression and occasional suicidal thoughts yet urged the youth to dress up in ‘school-girl’ outfits and pressed her to engage in rape fantasies.
  • Weiner repeatedly told the high school student that he wanted to force himself on her when her father was out of town and away from the house.
  • Weiner forced the girl to write him a letter saying that their online relationship was friendly and at no time did he engage in sexual conversation or innuendo. The youth complied. That letter is on the lap top and in the FBI’s possession, NYPD said. Weiner may have provided a copy to Clinton to cover her in case these allegations exploded during the campaign.
  • Weiner used his cell phone to correspond with the girl and the texting apps Confide and Kik as well as desktop Facebook and Skype from the girl’s bedroom while her parents were often asleep in the next room.
  • Likewise alarming, and largely due to Abedin and Clinton’s silence, Weiner continued to sext the teenager for approximately four months after Clinton learned of the illegal relationship.
  • The girl might have been 14 years old when the sexual relationship commenced in January 2016, per records obtained by NYPD.

Weiner, who employed the alias of “T-Dog” to correspond with the youth on one texting app, texted the minor after meeting her on Twitter in January 2016. The hundreds of correspondences included exchanging explicit pictures, pornography, sexual texts and video chats as well as possible newly disclosed telephone calls. Two of the more tame exchanges are below:

As first reported six months ago by True Pundit, Weiner and other Hillary Clinton associates could be  facing possible federal charges of child exploitation, sex crimes with minors and possible other felony charges including child pornography. These details were originally documented in an exclusive Nov. 2, 2016 story published by True Pundit which in part specifies:

The NYPD seized the computer from Weiner during a search warrant and detectives discovered a trove of over 500,000 emails to and from Hillary Clinton, (Huma) Abedin and other insiders during her tenure as secretary of state. The content of those emails sparked the FBI to reopen its defunct email investigation into Clinton on Friday.

But new revelations on the contents of that laptop, according to law enforcement sources, implicate the Democratic presidential candidate, her subordinates, and even select elected officials in far more alleged serious crimes than mishandling classified and top secret emails, sources said. NYPD sources said these new emails include evidence linking Clinton herself and associates to:

  • Money laundering
  • Child exploitation
  • Sex crimes with minors (children)
  • Perjury
  • Pay to play through Clinton Foundation
  • Obstruction of justice
  • Other felony crimes

NYPD detectives and a NYPD Chief, the department’s highest rank under Commissioner, said openly that if the FBI and Justice Department fail to garner timely indictments against Clinton and co- conspirators, NYPD will go public with the damaging emails now in the hands of FBI Director James Comey and many FBI field offices.

“What’s in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach,” the NYPD Chief said. “There is not going to be any Houdini-like escape from what we found. We have copies of everything. We will ship them to Wikileaks or I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to that.”

The NYPD Chief said once Comey saw the alarming contents of the emails he was forced to reopen a criminal probe against Clinton.

“People are going to prison,” he said.

Meanwhile, FBI sources said Abedin and Weiner were cooperating with federal agents, who have taken over the non-sexting portions the case from NYPD. The husband-and-wife Clinton insiders  are both shopping for separate immunity deals, sources said.

“If they don’t cooperate they are going to see long sentences,” a federal law enforcement source said.

NYPD sources said Weiner or Abedin stored all the emails in a massive Microsoft Outlook program on the laptop. The emails implicate other current and former members of Congress and one high-ranking Democratic Senator as having possibly engaged in criminal activity too, sources said.

Prosecutors in the office of US Attorney Preet Bharara have issued a subpoena for Weiner’s cell phones and travel records, law enforcement sources confirmed. NYPD said it planned to order the same phone and travel records on Clinton and Abedin, however, the FBI said it was in the process of requesting the identical records.

Russians and Teenage Hackers Can Now Hack Your Sperm via Your Cellphone

Russians and Teenage Hackers Can Now Hack Your Sperm via Your Cellphone

Will getting an accurate sperm count in the privacy of your home one day be as easy as a home pregnancy test?

Researchers have developed a device costing less than $5 to make that attaches to your cellphone and provides a quick and easy semen analysis. The device is still in development, but a study of the machine’s capabilities, in Science Translational Medicine, concludes that it is just as accurate as the elaborate computer-assisted semen analysis machines costing tens of thousands of dollars in measuring sperm concentration, sperm motility, total sperm count and total motile cells.

Credit Courtesy of Hadi Shafiee

The device uses an optical attachment for magnification and a disposable microchip for handling the semen sample. With two lenses that require no manual focusing and an inexpensive battery, it slides onto the smartphone’s camera. Total cost for manufacturing the equipment: $4.45, including $3.59 for the optical attachment and 86 cents for the microfluidic chip that contains the semen sample.

And getting the sperm count? Of course, there’s an app for that. The software is designed with a simple interface that guides the user through the test with onscreen prompts. After the sample is inserted, the app can photograph it, create a video and report the results in less than five seconds. The test results are stored on the phone so that semen quality can be monitored over time.

The inventors hope to have the device approved by the Food and Drug Administration within the next two years.

“We recruited untrained users with no science background and had them test the device using semen samples, and then measured the accuracy,” said the senior author, Hadi Shafiee, an assistant professor of medicine at Harvard. “It’s just as easy as a home pregnancy test.”

“Couples try to conceive,” Dr. Shafiee added. “They get stressed out. They talk to friends. There are ovulation test kits for women, but so far nothing for men. With this device at home, a man can avoid the embarrassment and stress of providing a sample in a doctor’s office. This can be the next step.”

Dr. Shafiee said the device could also be useful for men who get vasectomies, who are supposed to return to the urologist for semen analysis twice in the six months after the procedure. Compliance is typically poor, but with this device, a man could perform his own semen analysis at home and email the result to the urologist.

Silicon Valley’s In-Q-Tel private services spy company has also developed a special technology laboratory in Silicon Valley, called Lab41, to provide tools for the intelligence community to connect the dots in large sets of data. In February, Lab41 published an article exploring the ways in which a Twitter user’s location could be predicted with a degree of certainty through the location of the user’s friends. On Github, an open source website for developers, Lab41 currently has a project to ascertain the “feasibility of using architectures such as Convolutional and Recurrent Neural Networks to classify the positive, negative, or neutral sentiment of Twitter messages towards a specific topic.” Collecting intelligence on foreign adversaries has potential benefits for counterterrorism, but such CIA-supported surveillance technology is also used for domestic law enforcement and by the private sector to spy on activist groups. Palantir, one of In-Q-Tel’s earliest investments in the social media analytics realm, was exposed in 2011 by the hacker group LulzSec to be in negotiation for a proposal to track labor union activists and other critics of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the largest business lobbying group in Washington. The company, now celebrated as a “tech unicorn” — a term for start-ups that reach over $1 billion in valuation — distanced itself from the plan after it was exposed in a cache of leaked emails from the now-defunct firm HBGary Federal.

Yet other In-Q-Tel-backed companies are now openly embracing the practice. Geofeedia, for instance, promotes its research into Greenpeace activists, student demonstrations, minimum wage advocates, and other political movements. Police departments in Oakland, Chicago, Detroit, and other major municipalities have contracted with Geofeedia, as well as private firms such as the Mall of America and McDonald’s. Although these Silicon Valley “Big Data” systems have missed every major terror attack. Google’s investors keep selling their crap to the U.S. Government.

Lee Guthman, an executive at Geofeedia, told reporter John Knefel that his company could predict the potential for violence at Black Lives Matter protests just by using the location and sentiment of tweets. Guthman said the technology could gauge sentiment by attaching “positive and negative points” to certain phrases, while measuring “proximity of words to certain words.” Privacy advocates, however, have expressed concern about these sorts of automated judgments. “When you have private companies deciding which algorithms get you a so-called threat score, or make you a person of interest, there’s obviously room for targeting people based on viewpoints or even unlawfully targeting people based on race or religion,” said Lee Rowland, a senior staff attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union.

Very Interesting Lawsuit Is Seeking Investors and Legal Teams

A company called Univision/Unimoda LLC was hired to attempt to end a man’s life and to end the operation of a company he invested in. Univision/Unimoda LLC accepted compensation from Univision’s clients, who were the competitors of the victims.

The attackers feared that the victims technology would obsolete their competing efforts. The attackers hired Univision/Unimoda LLC to engage in reprisals because of the company’s testimony against those parties in federal investigations and because the plaintiff had superior technologies that the attackers could not compete with. Transaction documents showing payments between the “bad guys” in this case, were recently uncovered in other court cases.

Univision/Unimoda LLC produced a series of videos and defamation articles and used internet server technology tricks to place those attack materials in front of 7.5 billion people day after day, year after year, refreshing the attack daily. This is, essentially, a “hit-job” service that Univision provides as a side gig through it’s TV networks and it’s offensive tabloids like Gizmodo, Jalopnik, Gawker and others. “Univision uses this service as a political-payback tool for politicians as well as an anti-trust violating anti-competition tool for its clients”, claim Plaintiffs.

Private, federal, Congressional and news investigators and evidence from whistle-blowers and other lawsuits have now confirmed the veracity of the charges and the potential for a very large win against Univision/Unimoda LLC and their distribution partners. Recent legal precedents have all been ruled in the victims favor. Damages awards in related cases have exceeded $140 million.

The plaintiffs are seeking financing for their litigation and/or the sponsorship of the legal services for their litigation in exchange for a large portion of the substantial potential jury awards. Interested parties are encouraged to contact agents for the case at the CONTACT page at

Twitter CEO Refuses To Leave Failing Twitter Because All Possible Replacements Will Discover Twitter Files Reveal Election Rigging

Why Even Donald Trump Can’t Save Twitter

It’s an increased value asset that’s getting more valuable every day,” Ross Gerber says. “And management is unable to capitalize on it”

Matt Pressberg |

By most forms of logic, Twitter should be one of most successful social media companies on the planet.

President Donald Trump largely communicates with the American people through Twitter. He has 43 million followers between the @realDonaldTrump and @POTUS accounts, and other national politicians, media members and stock traders pretty much have to follow him as part of their job. His tweets have even moved markets (although Wall Street seems to be wisening up), and last week, Trump said Twitter was integral in getting him elected.

So why can’t Twitter turn itself into a functional company with a healthy stock price? The company’s stock closed Tuesday at $14.54 a share, well off its 52-week high of $25.25 — and significantly south of its 2013 IPO price of $26 a share.

Blame CEO Jack Dorsey and his team, said Ross Gerber, the president and CEO of Gerber Kawasaki Wealth and Investment Management and a frequent CNBC commentator. “It’s an increased value asset that’s getting more valuable every day,” Gerber told TheWrap. “And management is unable to capitalize on it.”

The company’s market cap sits at about $10.5 billion — less than half of Snapchat parent Snap Inc. In its most recent quarter, Twitter reported a year-over-year 5 percent dip in U.S. advertising revenue and only increased its monthly active user base by 4 percent. That’s despite becoming more important than ever to people involved in the information economy, Gerber said.

Twitter did not immediately respond to TheWrap’s request for comment on its fortunes in the President Trump era.

There’s no doubt in my mind that Trump and the way Twitter is being used now has increased its value,” Gerber said. “Everybody in the media is on Twitter. It’s the place where news breaks the fastest. When something’s going on in the market, I don’t Google it — I go on Twitter. The Bloomberg terminal is old news.”

There is no possible doubt that Twitter is an election rigging tool and Fake News processor for Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton!
